I'll see how I go with this cycle. I never really gain fat I've always been 9-11% and I like to swim so that keeps me lean. But you never know the test might turn me into a fat Ba#%$ard by the end. So we'll see. Hopefully all I'll need at the end is a good suntan.

Perfect injection today. Not even the tiniest drop of bood. Had to guess where to put the band aid.
Awesome back and Bi's today. All weights up again and I put an extra 20 kgs on my BB shrugs. Up 12kgs on the dead lifts and my lower back pump was amazing. I could hardly walk for a little while. Finished up with Bi DB curls on the incline with more weight and the pump was so good I couldn't straighten my arms for 5 min.
Had a bit of road rage that I had to keep to myself today. Thai drivers are the worst in the world with Bali second and France third. IMHO. Thai's do not know what 'give way' means. I'm serious. They just approach a junction and pull out without stopping regardless of what's comming and at what speed. I say regardless but they have nothing to regard in terms of the mental process and decision because...They don't even look. I see it clearly every day. A hundred bikes will pull out without even turning their heads. Unbelievable by our standards but completely normal by theirs. Now I've been driving here for 5 years now so I'm used to that and normally it does not even bother me. But today I was ripping! Test effect?
Another note that has nothing to do with cycle results but pretty important to me. I killed a snake last night that had got into the back bedroom. Lucky i notived it when I came out of the shower. Only half a metre but they are venemous from birth. There was a lot of blood by the time I finished with the fker.
Think I 'm going to have a massage tomorrow.

obro did you do just dbol only on your first cycle? ive heard a lot of people say on dbol only this can be a common cause of gyno???? i have got some milk thistle but cannot remember what you suggested this for? what is the minimum i would need along side dbol for pct and to avoid side effects

The milk thistle is good for your liver. Look it up on Wikipedia.
Yes I only did dbol on my first 2 cycles. 30mg ed and the 2nd cycle 50mg. I got sensitive nips 3 weeks into the first cycle but they went away after a few days. For PCT I recommend Clomid 150/100/50/50. Make sure you taper the dbol for a week after you've finished the cycle. 20/20/10/10/5/5mg ed. Then start the PCT.
Re Gyno, everyone is different. If you are worried or think you are prone to it then get some letrozole to have handy in case anything starts up. Cbino did an amazing article on it in this forum so all the info you need is there.

cheers buddy, big help there, theres have been a lot of people saying its pointless doing dbol only etc and to take needles but you seemed to do well on your first 2 cycles and maintained which is vital.

obro it might be because of the test though with me i feel euphoric and just and calm..once in awhile ill snap but only if someone is constantly nagging me all day but thats normal for me.. its just part of the cycle

im not saying im big or tough but when im in the gym and people start to irritate me i just happen to give them that look like Get the F*ck away from me they usually leave..lol but yeah you should throw some tren or something at the end of the cycle to give your muscles more definition

New Pics July 16th
Shoulders / Chest / Tri's today.
All good except the same pain in the medial delt's. Again all reps and weights were up but I know my form was not great in some of the sets.
Bench was up nicely. MAN I wish I had a spotter and I would have gone for a PB.
I had to shoot tomorrows inj today because we're going away for 4 days tomorrow and I didn't want to take the gear with me. No harm done I'm sure.
I weighed in at just under 70kgs today so that's 5Lb up from the start. Nothing to write home about but I feel damn good. I'm finally HUNGRY all the time for a change so that must be the test.
This is the first time I've been dissapointed with new photos.
Maybe it's the Test making me feel bigger than I really am but I expected more when I took these. I've put them up anyway. All I've ever got is great comments and of course that makes me feel good but no one have ever said anything negative or noted lagging areas so please feel free to share your opinion. I know my Tris are behind but I have no pulleys or machines at home so it's not easy to blast then like I would in a gym. All my workouts are at home because the nearest gym is like a 4 hour round trip.
Oh and if you say anything about my beautiful 'rug' then I'll know you have not read this thread from the start and will have no respect for what you say. Man I think the test is really kicking in

I'm up in Chiang Mai now for a 4 day holiday with the kids so I'm on my laptop from the hotel and I hate typing on the lappy.
I booked this hotel because it has a gym but I went this morning and It's so Bad I could do nothing. No free weights and the only multi gym the weights and or the cables were sticking. Worse than useless. I'd promised to take the kids to the zoo so I'm having a 2nd rest day. Maybe not such a bad thing for my shoulders.
raWRZOR, I mix up the delt routine but the last one was:
3 x Seated DB Press
2 x Front DB Raise
2 x Lateral raise
2 x Rear delt flies.
Eating like a horse. I get the shakes if I go 3 hours without eating. I was jut over 70kgs this morning so, moving in the right direction.

i know exactly how you feel about eating..i try to eat as much as possible at meals..then with no avail im hungry again like 2 hours later. thanks for the workouts gotta try them. also hows the water retention going? i just started taking water pills(dont know the real name) and they seem to be flushing me out. my abs are coming out more

Not sure about the water retention but my belly is very big the last 2 days.
With the Delts you might be better doing the 1st one standing with the BB. I just use the DB's because I only have one BB and it's mostly got 40-80ks for bench etc and I have homemade concrete 20kg plates and they are a bastard to change. But I feel that the standing military BB is one of the best for gaining mass.

Cheers for the feedback dugadoo, I appreciate it. Lats are my fave with 4 sets of weighted chins for width and 3 sets of bent over BB rows for thickness. I think I just need to keep eating enough and training as I am and with the test I should get the results. I'm always focused on upper pecs and I've always started chest with incline bench for that reason. My only DB flys are inclines so again I think I'm doing all I can in those areas but if someone suggests ANYTHING I'll be happy to consider it.
We'll now I can say for sure. The test is here!. What a day. We did a lot of sightseeing before I planned to go to the gym and I tried my best to time my meals well but by the time I got to the gym I'd been sitting in traffic for so long that I was STARVING and shaking from the start. I nearly turned around but It had taken 40 min just to get into the car park so I was determined to work-out.

Jezus I was so hungry. Then they wanted me to fill in this big fekin form with my life story and I'm like " I'll be gone in 45 min and you'll probably never see me again". Do I really have to fill in all this crap. So you see the test and my hunger were in full effect. I was a whisker from turning around and forgetting all about it.
I love being in a gym with a mirror because I don't have one in the home gym so today I was blown away. Back and Bi's. Doing Hammer curls there were veins popping out that I've never in my life seen before and the thickness of my arms was awesome. I thought I was looking at someone else. There were about 6 skinny Thai guy that just stopped and stared every time I did a set. Hell even I was was impressed.
When I finished I went to the juice bar and the banana milk shake with 3 scoops of whey was the best goddamn shake I ever had.
Long drive home tomorrow but I can't wait to hit the delts, pec's n tri's when I get home.

Well It's been a shitty 3 days.
I've got another stinking head cold so I had to take 2 rest days and really should not have trained today. I was 10-20% down in strenth in most sets. I was so glad when I finished.
The good news is I've just rented a huge shop to move my business into and it's about 5 times bigger than I need with 3 big rooms upstairs so I'm going to move all my gym stuff in there as soon as I get the keys. Today I bought a big mirror and some amp and speakers for the MP3 and I ordered some rubber matting for the floor. I'm really excited about all this. I might buy a treadmill and a punchbag and some other stuff.
Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow. I'm wasting quality time with this poxy cold.

Took another rest day yesterday and I feel a lot better today. Still stuffy but not like before.
Back & bi's today. Still feeling weak so I trained light in the 12 rep range. Great pump. I think the preachers are working because my bi's look higher and thicker at the ends. I also see a peak I've never seen before so I'm not sure if that the hammers or what but theres new shaped bi's forming there.
Forgot to mention more good news. Scored some more Test from the 1st pharmacy I tried in Chiang Mai so I can do the full 12 weeks unless I get called overseas before.
Still so sides or problems with the nipples but I can't help think that having 2 colds in 3 weeks has something to do with the test and the extra demand it puts on the body.
70.5kgs so moving in the right direction but my belly is bigger. BF% is the same 9%.

New Pics
I've been flat out with business and the new shop so I've not posted for a while.
I nearly bought the water pills but had second thoughts because I'm always worried about dehydration here. Anyway the belly is going down now which I'm happy about.
Got over the cold and now I'm back to my usual self. Workouts are great and the pumps are awesome.
Weight is still just over 70kgs but the belly going down and my skin looks paper thin so I've gotta be gaining lean bulk.
Really hammered the back and traps yesterday and today I'm stiff as hell. I tried hammer curls sitting down and love it. Also sitting lateral and front raise db's. It's hard to cheat so there were veins popping out everwhere even on my traps. I'll try to take a pic next time.
Pics of my new gym set up at the back of the shop. I've posted pics of my crazy-ass concrete plates before. I had to get them made because I could not find 20kgs plates in Thailand. I got 4 made for about $6 each. They have steel inside and a steel rim.
Horny all the time. The wife and I found several new uses for the weights bench yesterday.
Just abs and stretching today.

Wife: Your balls look much smaller than normal.
Me: Well when they are getting emptied twice a day it's kinda hard for them to fill up.
Wife: The 2 times a day is up to you, not up to me!
I love her.
Still no sides but I had a dream last night that I grew a fantastic looking 3rd nipple on my calf. In the dream I was wishing it was in a more accessable place!

More pics
I've been really busy the last week with my business and so focused on that that I lost interest in BBing. Took 3 or 4 days off and was pretty half-hearted when I did workout.
Diet has been crap too. Just not eating enough.
Had a good workout y'day and today though. Strength was down but I enjoyed the pump. I took the photos to try to get a bit more motivated.
Weight is still 70.5kgs.
I've started dissliking the while injection routine. When I shoot I'm happy I don't have to do it again for 3.5 days. To be honest I feel like quiting but I expect the last few weeks should be the best.
Also I love being horny all the time. It's mental! I feel like I'm 13 again when would rush home from school every day for a quick you know what. I could do without the morning wood though. No alarm clock needed. It's great having a hot wife but the twins sleep in the same room as us (Thai style) So morning sexercise is not always possible until they've gone to school.
Think I've said a bit too much there.

I've been doing shoulders chest tris on the same day but I'm finding that it's too long. I like 9 sets for the delts. It's pretty hot in my shop where I moved the gym and I sweat too much so I kinda lose interest towards the end. That might be why my tris are lagging.
So heres the split:
Day 1
Abs & Shoulders
Day 2
Chest Tris
Day 3
Back & Bis
No legs because my knees are gone i just to Str leg deadlifts for the hams on back day.
The only thing I dont like about the split is that some shoulder excercise work the traps too and then I kill them again with the shrugs on back day. But I've got pretty good traps so maybe that's not a bad thing.
Had my spag boll for b'fast already and feeling pretty pumped looking fwd to todays workout.

Thanks mauler. I love weighted chins and bent over BB rows. Now I've moved my gym I don't have a chin bar so I'm designing a free standing chin and dips bar that I'll get welded up. Really looking fwd to that.
