Thumbs up My New Chin & Dip Bars

Just used my my new toy for the 1st time.

    IT ROCKS

I designed it and bought the steel and got a local dude to weld it up and paint it. Under $70 all up. Now I'm going nuts with other ideas.

Great log mate Any tips for using amps? Will start my cycle in the next month or 2 before summer hits here and I cant say I know anyone using amps (all using vials) lol

    Hi CB,
Thats a good question because I cut myself a real good un' the first time I broke one. Here you go:

    1. Use a lot of paper towel or toilet paper folded thickly to protect your fingers. Some say use a towel but I worry about bits of glass staying in there.

    2. There should be a little dot on the amp. Thats the breaking point. It's not weak at the neck all around just at that point. I always forget if you snap away or toward the dot but it should pop nice and easy.

    3. While thinking about snapping it remember to keep the amp upright so you don't lose all your juice.

    4. Don't try to get the needle in the amp straight after 3 coffee's. It's surprising how small the hole is when you're shaking.

I made all 4 of the above mistakes.

O yes. Quads are best on the outside. Don't think about it first. Stick it in there before you have time to feel queasy.

    Good Luck.

Well I think I'm about 10 weeks in and I'm still just under 71kgs so only an increase of about 5lbs.

I've got an admission of stupidity to make. I think the first few weeks I was not injecting the full amp. I would press real hard and feel what I thought was total resistance and so thought the syringe was empty. I'm using the large one that holds 20cc (I think) so 250ml is only about 4mm of the syringe. Now I know it takes at least 20 seconds to empty.

Any way - That's all in the past. I've added 40mg ed of dbol to give me a boost for the last 3 weeks.

Strength is up a little though. 10% on chest the other day.

    Hi CB,

Actually yes. I hit 72kgs on the scales for the first time ever and even my wife said I'm too big already, when am I gonna stop.
I'm sure some of that weight is the 4 days or so of Dbol but I did shoulders this morning and I was really strong. Nothing hurt and all I could feel was the resistance with no pain at all. Strange feeling. Loved it.

I've not worked out exactly when I'm going to finish but I think it will be 10 - 14 days from now. I'd love to hit 75kgs by then but I think I'm just dreaming about that and it would be mostly water in that short space of time.

I wished I had the camera today but I think I'll wait until the last day and ask my wife to take some pics.

Posted this already but it dissapeared....anyway.

    Thanks guys.

Ghetto I know what you mean dude. I used to do chins under the wifes parents old wooden Thai home next to us. Those beams do hurt the hands especially with 15kg dumbell strapped to the waist.

When I moved the gym to my shop I had to do my chins at home then jump in the car to the shop to do the rest of the workout.

The dips bars are great. I already think my tris are bigger and a better shape.

Tangled up in blue - yahooo.

Today I just decided to make yesterdays shot the last so I'll start tapering down the dbol and start pct in 13 days. Just a little more time to hopefully add more weight.

Things going well OB? What was your diet like? You should try giving a Sustanon 250 cycle a whirl next time

    Not so committed

Wow it's been a while since I was on here.

I've had about 5 days off. One day everything hurt but mostly inner elbows and shoulders and strength was down about 20% so I just lost heart in it all.

I've also been really really busy with my business which is the real priority.

I stopped the Dbol 2 days ago instead of tapering because I figure the Test in my system should keep things going for me until I start PCT on the 12th. I promptly lost 1kg (in water) after stopping the dbol. I feel I look smaller too but that's got a lot to do with not working out and getting a pump.

Last night was the best nights sleep I've had in 2 months. The first time I've not had 3 hour solid erections from 2am every night. Fantastic.

I'll try to get to the gym today and get my ass back in gear.

Still no sides or sensitive nips - Just a sense of lethargy.

Cougarbait, I looked into Sust and Mast when juicy_brucy suggested it but I think it's a bit to serious for me. It also sounds quite scary when looking at the possible side effects. As i've said before I have authritic knees from cycling so I can only work hams so my legs will never be great so I have to keep a realistic balance from upper and lower body. I'm more interesed now in maintaining this size and getting super fit at swimming. Next month I go overseas until xmas with little chance to work out so if i lose too much mass I'll do another cycle next year with test again and some decca that I have.

I'll post some photos within a week.

    Cheers

    Pics - Back & Bi's.

I have to say my mood has lifted today after seeing these pics.

I still look quite thick and when I weighed in this afternoon I was 72kgs so it's all looking quite good despite the 4 or 5 day lay off.

I think it's too easy to get used to loking at what you see in the mirror and start to forget what you used to look like. Overall I'm really pleased with this cycle and hopefully I won't lose too much during PCT.

I'll take more pics of shoulders chest & tri's when I get them pumped. Maybe tomorrow.

BUMP - And now for the bad news.

I've been meaning to do this for a while. Due to family, work, business and just could not be arsed reasons I stopped working out about september. Here's the situation now:

    • Maxed out at 72kgs now back to 64kgs (same bf%)
    • 39 years old and now have high blood pressure and I'm on 2 different medications for the rest of my life.
    • Cholesterol went from 4.3 pre-cycle (Jan 08) to 5.7 post cycle Nov 08.
    • High levels of uric acid in blood.
    • Cyst in left kydney 1.5cm.
    • Enlarged prostate gland.

So it's fair to say that I can't prove that it was all caused by the gear but I regret taking them. I looked pretty good for a while and that was fun but life is about so much more than that. With two young girls I would much rather have a long and healthy life than a head turning physique.

I hope ya'll have better luck than me.

    Cheers
    Obro.

Damn, sorry to hear that bro. Theres really no way to blame it soley on the gear but could have played a role in some of this. Hope you can get it all under control bro, good luck!

I have no idea dude. I did the 2 dbol cycles before though.
I feel fine except for the chest pains when I work with only 4 hours sleep or drink more than one coffee.

Sorry to hear that things aren't going so well!

How often are you only sleeping 4 hours a night? Even though you're not working out atm, do you ride the bike, walk or do any sort of cardio?

Do you have access to oatmeal where you are (for the cholesterol issue)?

sorry to here that man but very unlikely caused from the gear so dont worry abou that man.

personnally i think if you eat more food and learned to do heavy squats naturally you could put on a hell of a lot more weight then you did doing upper body on test
