For what my fatass newbie advice is worth I'd consider throwing in the T3 during your cycle as well rather than post cycle.
I had about the same bf% as you (didn't look as wide in the middle from a front/back shot but my gut was out more from a side shot- not sure if your doing any gut sucking in on that side shot- in my pic I'm not) and I have dropped 14lbs since 9/8.
That's with cardio, pretty good diet (few crappy cheats) and T3. Got my clen yesterday and started that.
Also, the drug Alli, sold over the counter at CVS, etc might be worth looking into to take with cheat meals. It's the drug orlistat, which is a prescription drug prescribed to obese people and it leeches out 1/3 of the fat in a meal when you consume it with that meal. The only difference is that Alli is just 1/2 the dose per pill as prescription orlistat- so I take 2 pills to get the prescription dose.
I like to have it on hand for those times when I get strong cravings for bad food, ie cheat meals (for example I chowed down 4 protein bars at midnight the other night) so I pop a couple of Alli and 1/3 of the fat in that meal does not make it into my system, it's leeched out of the intestines or something and put right into the colon for waste disposal. You can read the details online if you google. I only use it like 1 or at most 2x per week b/c my diet is pretty good now, but I'm glad I discovered this drug and have it on hand to reduce the negative effects of cheat meals.
I weighed myself the morning after that atrocity with the 4 protein bars at midnight when I should have eaten nothing at all, or a small portion of fat free cottage cheese or some casein protein at most and actually lost a pound from the day before. In the past I would always be a pound heavier after something like that, sometimes more. I went about 1200 cals over what I should have that day and it was all protein bars (with the associated crap in them) and at midnight no less.Last edited by 40plusnewbie; 09-26-2008 at 04:28 AM.

my bad everyone my cpu got fried in a storm i am on my cousins comp. SO yes I finished my cycle and god pretty good results not too much in the strength factor but i got alot of solid gains. my muscles are a hell of alot harder Im down from a 44 waist to a 36 and i gained 7 lbs. im up to 233lbs. I will be starting pct tomorrow/Firday the 6th. I dont feel like i had to much water retention but I will still be taking my Armimidex . Also i will be taking clomid and the Ar-r clomi. 100mg first week dropping to 50mg weeks 2-4 and then weeks 5- till my clomi is gone at 25mgs. I will get my new pics up and show the changes ASAP. it may be a week or so but ill get them up. Im just working on getting my cpu fixed and ill be posting again i promise.

Well, I have not gotten any advice yet on a second cycle. I was thinking of going with
Test wks 1-12 @500mg
Deca wks 1-10 @400mg
dbol wks 1-4 @35mg
PCT
Nolvadex 40mg wks 1-2 and 20mg wk 3-4
Clomid 100mg wk 1, 50mg wk2-4
Letro- for gyno dossed at 2mg daily
Any comments on this second cycle would be helpfull.

You're insane. You should have dropped bf before you started. You don't seem to care, though.
You should also have proper equipment with some heavy f'n weight. You need to involve more compound exercises into your routine.
What are you eating?

yes the weights that i have to use are very limited and i actually lost alot of bf while gaining weight during this cycle. I lost it over PCT dropped from about 232 down to 207 now i am back up to about 212. I was happy with my gains i am working on losing the bf before my next cycle in jan early feb.
Right now i am mantaning a strict diet although i see myself losing some size with it but at this point im not worried about it. i am mainly eating protein 3-5 meals a day no more than 20g carbs a day and 40g or so of fats. total aroun 1600-2000 cals a day.
my weight seems to fluctuate alot an i am not sure if it is because of all the water i drink or what. some days i got withought drinking much water i notice my weight is down considerably lower then the days i drink alot of water.

dude, are you kidding me? 20 grams of carbs a day is ridiculous. the atkins diet went bankrupt for a reason. bump that shit up to something reasonable and your calories are way too low. everything is way too low man, thats not efficient dieting thats wasting away. i seriously wouldnt let my girlfriend eat that little.

Ok well I took some new photos today but I am having trouble getting my sisters cpu to read the Digi Camera Memory card. My cpu is still down for now. Ill keep working on it and hopefully have new pics up today. I am eager to see my pics side by side comparison.

Well I had pics saved to the pc or at least thought I did but when I deleated them off the camera it removed the image from my PC too...... Now Ive got to call my mom back and get her to bring the damn camera back over.

agreed as well. theres too many logs on here that claim this and that and never show photos for various reasons. its to bad cus lots of peeps could learn from there experiances. i might as well start a log boasting that i have gained 100lbs of pure muscle and posses 1% bf but i cant post picks for national security reasons.it seems peeps would just eat it up and tell me great job and all that.sorry bro, i was rooting for u the whole way but am dissapointed as well.
