I dropped down to 207 lbs but some how managed to go right back to 220 after pct was over. I lost around 4-5 inches in the middle. size 40-42 down to 37-38 and they are lose as hell.
Now the fun begins planning my second cycle.

That is the best method to use by far. Although whoever pinched made a mistake or two. Your suprailiac is normally slightly less than your abdominal. There is no way your abs are 50 and your sup. only a six. 2nd, your subscap is wrong too, no way its a 6. My avatar is at 6.5% and my subscap there is around 10.

I have never been able to get my tricep below 3 either and I have got my chest to 5mm a few times when I am within a month of competing. My guess is whoever pinched you is not pinching nearly deep enough and just grabbing skin. It's not the easiest thing to do and takes quite a bit of practice.

Not trying to bash on you by any means. I am just very familiar with the system you are using and have trained several personal trainers in the proper way to do those measurements.

    Thanks
I will have to go to a different person next time so I can get a better layout.

I have been thinking about doing a thread on skin folds with pics on how to do each of the 9 sites. I just have not found the time to do it yet. Glad to see you are still motivated!

your bf is to high to be starting a cycle but thats up to you! With a clean diet and cardio you could drop 2 stone easy in 4months r so, then look at aas.

Its a bad idea to start t3/clen straight after a cycle
