Newbie - Cutting Cycle
So I wasn't sure if I could get anything of quality but it appears my first shipment from the site I ordered from is good. My goal is mainly to cut body fat and maintain my muscle mass.
Currently my stats are:
Age: 26
Height: 6'
Weight: 196lbs
Fat%: 18%
My Goals are:
Weight: ~196lbs
Fat%: >=10%
I've received
300mg Deca -Durabolin
50mg Stanozolol aka Winny
Anyone have a suggestion as to what i'm missing and maybe what my schedule for the injections should be?

According to your goals, you want to drop BF by 8% which is almost 16 lbs and at the same time gain the same amount in muscle to stay at 196.
Well, such goal is not do-able with such cycle. You have to choices:
1- forget about cutting now, gain mass up to 215 lbs maintinin ur current BF then clean up down to 195 lbs. and you can do that with a simple Test E cycle for 16 weeks at 500 mg/week.
2- and this I tried myself. train 10-12 times/week (2 times/day 1 day off or 7 days on but some days are 1 workout and others are 2. eat 11 smaller meals /day (450-500 cals each) while doing intense cardio 5-8 times/week. Along with a Test P cycle for 4 months at 50 mg/daily.

Thanks for the quick response and wow! Option 2 sounds really tough and w/ the rest of my life to worry about I don't think I would have time. If I didn't care about gaining the 16lbs of lean muscle to stay at 196 do you think it would be doable w/ a good cutting cycle and training 5 days a week? If so what would you recommend for dosage, etc...?

No cycle history, this is my 1st cycle...I have been training consistently for the past 3yrs and haven't been able to fully achieve my goals (mainly due to my slacking on the weekends w/ my diet). Before I started training I was only 160lbs so I've made big advances, just not able to really get as lean as I am going for...

Assuming ur diet is ok (post it just to get opinions):
do a 16 week Test E cycle 2 shots /week 200 mg each shot.
if you have no problem with needles then Test Prop is a better choice shot every day 50-60mg also for 16 weeks.
depending on which Test ester u'll be using, the PCT start date will change form 12 days after last shot of Test E to 2 days after last shot of
Test P.
a traditional PCT should be fine with such cycle, 3 weeks of Clomid with the 1st 3 days are higher doses, day 1 150 mg, day 2-3 100 mg and for the remaining of the 3 weeks 50 mg/day.
also keep Nolvadex or Arimidex handy for Gyno and water retention issues.

My diet is pretty stable:
Breakfast
- Protein Shake (after training)
Snack 1
- 1 cup organic raw trail mix
Lunch
- .5lb Boneless Skinless boiled turkey breast
- 2 cups steamed vegetables
- 1 cup steamed brown rice
Snack 2
- Banana or baby carrots or apple
Dinner (varies)
- Beans Rice and Cheese burrito (all organic, wheat tortilla, soy cheese)
- Pasta w/ steamed veggies in olive oil
- Negiri sushi (just rice and fish) w/ miso soup
Do you think 16 weeks it necessary to achieve this? It seems like a lot and I was hopping to cut down as much as possible before halloween...
What do you think about my initial though of Winny + Deca ?

your diet is TERRIBLE no offense and Deca /Winny is no a good cycle either.
Researhc on here, there are many sourcesfor good info.
Your diet need a complete reform.

I've been doing some research and I think I've found something that might work for me. I read Alex-69's short cycle article and I think this is what I'm going to try.
Week 1
--30mg d-bol daily
--20mg winny daily
Week 2
--40mg d-bol daily
--30mg winny daily
Not sure about PCT yet but I'm going to have Nolvadex on hand in case gyno creeps up.
I know there are some that say short cycles are crap but from what I've read here ( Moderate Dose Short Cyles - Steroids for Health! ) I think they're right for me.
Anyone have any opinions about this?

You are too fat for winny, you need diet/training/cardio to be yor priorities at this point.
