Lost more weight, can't train heavy, injured every where, lower back, left pec/bicep, right delt, and arthiritis in knees.
224 lbs. 10%BF.
Adding Deca at 200 mg/week only!! and IGF to help recover injuries quicker at 50 mcg ED.

Keep at it bro. I've been following your progress but haven't posted in the thread. I'm currently on cycle and at close to the same weight. My height is the same and BF is about 9%. I'm not as strong as you though. I'm working on it. Anyway enough about me. Keep it real and hang in there. It's a marathon and not a sprint. Good work thus far man. Heal up so you can get to it again.

The bicep/Chest during workout, so is the rotator cuff. But my back has been injured for over 1 year now, after I got rear ended by two trucks. Got my L5 herniated and 1/4" (5 mm) out of place.
So recentley with pushing hard, it keeps aggrevating my sciatica which can be fairly painful. Any where from 3-5 days in bed, beside constant numb sensation in my leg.
My knees issue goes back 12 years ago and its due to 1 year of paralyzation in my right leg.

Sorry guys, had a few injuries in a row. Recovered a bit but still have shoulder issues. Can't press for shit
But im back to my 2 trainings/day trying to add some lean mass while losing some BF.
Not sure if I mentioned that or not but I raised the Test E to 600 mg/week.
I will update the numbers and the pix by the mid of Januray. Stay tuned my friends.

smoke just so ya know ive been talkin to a guy fixin to go pro and he said being a beast and staying a beast means never cycleing off...and it seems to be what other top level guys are saying..it makes so much sence... you cant be 280lbs at 3% contest time and 300+ 6-8%bf off season unless you juice non stop year round massive dosages..alot of bros say you cant cycle nonstop.. well how are these pros stil alive??? what health issuse do they have? everyone preaches pct and takin breaks.. well comon sence says to be a pro or top level you cant take breaks and you cant let your gains dwindle..what im saying if your takin the next step into BB as a carrer or you want to be a beast for any reason i guess thats how you do it...the guys i talk to who cycle off and on are big but not monsters...and when there off they shrivle up alot.. but i also know it means being on HRT for life... if your willing to take the risk.. and your at a certian point

and the fact i have good supply, and have 3 years of test on hand im getting tempted..but if i do what i have planed i will get bloodwork once a month and take all nessesary suport drugs and supplyments...

working on dropping my BF%.
I know I should be bulking but I can't see my BF climbing up, just a pscycological issue I guess.Current stats:
223 lbs. 5'11.5", 9% BF.
Most poeple think Im 235lbs due to my small bone structure.

sorry to hijack your thread but I notice you recommended a long prop cycle (16 weeks) @ 350mg and I was wondering what pct protocol would you recommend? thanks in advance

thanks for the quick reply. I have enough prop for 22 weeks so I might decide to run it a little longer depending on my gains. what dosage would you recommend and how long if I decide to run it at 22 weeks? thanks
