GitErDun's Cycle Log
Whats shakin boyz n gurls! Been off the boards for a while, but im back and just starting a new bulker. I had planned on doing a cutting cycle bout 6 months ago but it didnt pan out, and ive been training natty for the time being and have decided to do a winter bulker, followed by a cutter to shrip up for the summer. Im gonna do my best to keep this log going with daily posts, so without further adu, heres what my current bulker looks like, and the cutter i plan to run following it:
BULKER
Test Cyp 250mg E3D Wk 1-12
D-Bol 50mg ED Wk 1-4
A-Dex 0.5mg EOD Wk 1-12

As for the current bulker i took my second shot today, its day 4.
Tomorow is shoulder day. I JUST CANT WAIT TILL THIS ISH STARTS KICKIN, IM'A GITERDUN BOYS.
Im gonna do my best to get some before pics up in the next day or two, should be a great way to plot progress.

no im not that gyno prone at all, would u suggest just runnin the adex throughout, and if gyno flares up throw in the letro? will adex help with tren related water retention? and yes this will be my first run at the tren, and im fu<kin stoked to give er, to say the least lol

Yes thats what i would do.
If estrogen is controlled from the beginning, there is a low chance of gyno flareing up at all.
And yes, if the gyno still appears, Letro is the answer from thereon.
And since this is your first go around with Tren keep it at 50mgs ED. You can always bump it if its not enough.
Thats the beauty of short esters!

howdy y'all! another day down, i was tempted by the boys to go out n get absolutely shittered tonight, but i turned em down and it feels great, lol....LOOKIN FORWARD TO HITTIN THE WEIGHT IN THE MORNIN. i switched it up today, planned on doin shoulders, but did arms and had a solid workout.. Still waiting for the dbol to really kick, had a decent pump today, but nothin extrodinary(this is my first run of dbol by the way!) I should have my before pics up before the weekend is over, for anyone out there plannin on followin along. Im eatin everything in sight, but tryin to keep it clean whole foods, although i had a cheat meal today, pound of dry spice wing's...yummmmmm!!! anyways, untill tomorow!

oh yea, and for those interested, heres the diet and workout routines im trying to adhere to...diet always seems to be the hardest for me, i just gotta eat eat eat (Sighted from diet forum, entitled bulking primer)
DIET
Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat
Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat
Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
55g protein / 84g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.
Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat
Workout
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat
Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat
Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat
That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 270 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories

good morning, just took my third pin, everythings goin great. jus bout to eat some breaky then hit the gym... today is a cardio/ab day(sheduled rest day, but im feelin to good to be lazy) be back later on post up my workout

DAY 7
Today is a scheduled rest day, and im gonna take it for sure. A little sore today, so i think the rest will get me primed to start the next weeks workouts. Im gonna have those before(present) pics up a little later today, anyways im out for now.

Honestly bro, you couldve gained more naturally...
Your BF% looks a little high to be cycling. Maybe 18-20%?
I mean youre already on so i cant say much else, but still...
How long have you been on the sample diet?
Keep up with the pics. Maybe new ones every 4 weeks.

I totally agree with u, and i wont lie, i probubly could have gained a little more naturally, but in all honesty, i think most people using aas today are in the same boat as me... not that im trying to justify it being the right way to go about things, but rather just putting it out there.... but like u said, ive already started, and i plan to make the absolute most i can out of it...I will post pics every 4 weeks, so as to better monitor my progress... next pics will go up Dec. 21st. As far as that diet i have listed goes, what are your thoughts concerning this? if any... also, what are your thoughts on cardio? being that im carying the bf that i am, what would be a safe bet as far as times/wk and length???

No that diet is better damn good IMO. As for cardio, you are carrying excess BF, so the sooner you get rid of it the better...
Up the cardio a little bit. Maybe do what youre doing now, and add some more high intensity training, or another day for the week.
You should look into using Clen during your PCT to get rid of some BF%.

DAY 8
Awesome workout today, great pumps, all around feeling of well being. Stepped on the scale today, and to my suprise, already up 9lbs from 185-194 AWW YEA. as i progess though i expect the weight gain on the scale to not be quite as dramatic, as i chalk most of the current gain to dbol related water retention.... but rather i predict to see more of a body composition change, as i add lean mass while the bf drops. i guess only time will tell, Dec 21st is the week 4 comparison photo day, so until then im'a just keep doin what im doin. In the mean time im'a do some research into clen during pct, see what i can soak up.

DAY 9
Another good day in the gym, hit er hard. Shoulders today, awesome pumps...Lower back pumps started to get more intense today, even riding the bike after workout seemed to cause some uncomfort, ah well, just gotta keep pushin through the pain. Fourth jab today, went well. All in all everythings goin smoothly. On a side not, i seem to never be able to eat enough, always hungry, 24 hours a day, and im shitting like an elephant on a ton of xlax, like 6 times a day!!! jus thought ud like to know haha

You should start posting up the routine. Exercises, sets, reps per, etc...
It makes for a better log... We, along with yourself can also see how your strength increases...

Today was supposed to be legs, but my knees been buggin me this week so im goin postpone till friday, and did chest instead. Tryin to focus more on proper form then big weight to start with in the first few weeks, could deffinately push more, but anyways...

quick question, regarding the dbol , will water retention start to subside upon discontinuing it at the end of week 4? or will i have to wait untill the end of PCT??? ive noticed my stomach seems to stick out a bit and feel alot harder lately... thinkin its the bols...?

Dbol is the cause of your water retention yes...
You might expect a lil water retention along with the Test as well. But honestly, you should be fine as long as your diet and training are good. You shouldnt gain much BF% if at all.

I like your cycle choices.
Nice simple (but effective) bulker.
Cutter looks good as well. I'm not a fan of most AI's , and try to stay clear of letro because of joint issues as well as how it can negatively effect your blood work in many ways. Aromasin is supposed to be a *gentler* choice but is also pretty harsh imo.
