    Cutting Log...

    Well Im just coming off of a Deca /Eq stack and about to begin my PCT.

    Im going to use this time to throw in some Clen and Try to knock as much fat off as possible while on PCT.

    Here Are my measurements

    Height - 68"

    Weight - 193lbs BF%= One site suggested 13.9 while another is 17.4.

    Neck - 15.5" Flexed -16.5"

    Chest - 42" Flexed - 42"

    Waist - 34"

    Thighs - Left Thigh - 24" Flexed 25"
    Right Thigh - 24" Flexed 25"

    Calves - Left Calf - 16.5" Flexed 17"
    Right Calf - 16.5" Flexed 16.75

    Wrists - Both Left and right are 7"

    Arm (Bis/tris) - Left Arm - 15" Flexed- 16"
    Right Arm - 14.75" Flexed 16.75"

    Forearms - Left Forearm - 12" Flexed - 12.75"
    Right Forearm - 13" Flexed - 13.5"

    My Goal: Lose 4-5% of fat and not lose a great amount of muscle in the process.

    Ill be taking Letro/Clomid/and Clen for approximately 35 days together... stopping the PCT than continuing the Clen until Ive reached my goal.
    Diet will contain a high amount of protein... a low amount of Fat... minimal Carbs and very low sugars and salts.

    I will post updates every 5 days along with pictures.

    Day 1

    Ok measurements are the same as stated a month ago.

    I started with 50 mcg about an hour ago and now I am really feeling the effects.

    I got that jittery shaking. Nothing out of control but kinda like a light shiver.

    Day 5

    Dosage at 100mcg right now..

    I have a constant mild headache all day. But its tolerable.

    No visible progress. Ill take all my measurements come Day 10.

    a small update... 8 days in and I am experiencing no sides and I dropped about 3 lbs.

    Weight: 190

    Tonight i cheated and went to Ihop... I know i shouldnt have but it was spur of the moment. But thats the first and last time.

    In 5 days Im going to Administer Benadryl @ 50mg of DiHydramine to start up my receptors.

    i would hold back on the benadryl your receptors wont need refreshing till around day14 so i would save it till then¬

    Heres me today... according to the scale it says I weigh 193 still... but this is a different scale than what i weighed myself on day one.
    Anyone suggest cardio ED or is EOD fine.

    For some reason I weighed 196 today... But im looking leaner??? Is it possible that Im putting on muscle?

    Ok so I got my hands on a USArmy body fat calculator program... and according to it I started out as 19% and i am currently 17%... Soooooo That means I really got my work cut out for me... but 2% in 3 weeks isnt terrible right?

    The ***artment of Defense formula to compute body-fat percentage is somewhat complicated. For males, the formula is % body fat =495/(1.0324-.19077(log(a**omen-neck))+.15456(log(height)))-450

    where are you from?

    when do u do ur cardio and what cardio do u normally do?

    Am still waiting on my clen before i really hit my cut, until then im still bulking, 6 weeks waiting though - starting to get pissed off.

    keep us updated on ur progress. the hard work will be worth it

    Too be honest... i just got home on leave so my diet has been varying but im still losing inches off of my stomach... Im just staying away from any and all fat and sugar... I still drink the OJ with my chems for taste and also the potassium

    Oh and as for the cardio... eod 30 minutes... ie. 20 minutes treadmill 10 minutes bike... i keep the heart rate at a strict 138-141

    yea sounds like ur eating ok, when ur bf gets lower like 12% and lower ur gonna have to nail it down cause it gets tricky after that.keep up the good work bro!

    Ok it was my birthday weekend so i did eat like shit... i didnt put on any weight or inches... but i didnt lose any either... I got a pic coming up tonight of me this morning.

    Update coming tomorrow...

    I slacked on the diet but I still look like I lost more fat.

    Upping cardio along with dropping some calories this week.

    Well I havent been in the gym since tuesday... I have no car and no way to the gym... So now im going to have to go during working hours... But Im feeling pretty good and the cuts are still occuring... But boy do i get winded quick... I couldnt even finish a 1.5 mile run with my command friday.

    Diet has been changed around also... Egg whites seems to be the majority of my diet but it changes day to day

    Im guessing... 19% according to military BF formula... I dont know where im at right now... probably around 15-16 now... Ill find out tomorrow

    Ok I feel like Im not getting any further over here... Im doing the Benadryl method but I think im just to used to it... So im going to stop the Clen for a weel and take benadryl every day starting today. See where I go from there.
