    Test e 500 a week log

    this is my 2 week of test e 250 x2 a week.
    pct is nolv, clomid, Ldex, and maybe liquid clen

    stats:
    age 31
    height 5'2"
    weight 157ish when i started i was 154
    bodyfat 12%


    diet
    8:00 protien shake, 3 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal
    8:30 gym
    10:30 protien shake, and dextrose
    11:00 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 slices light wheat, 1 cup of cottage cheese or 1 slice turkey and 1 slice fat free cheese
    1:00 steak, chicken, or fish, 1/2 cup brown rice, and veg.
    3:00 steak, chicken, or fish, and veg.
    5:00 same as 3:00
    7:00 same as 3:00
    9:00 1 cup cottage cheese

    i just took 4th shoot today in the quad. it didnt hurt at all, but i know im going to feel it tomorrow. no gym today, day off. will post some more pics next week. hopefully better than the last one. appetite is still good

    I'm with you, we started the same cycle sounds like. Ya! I feel the injection for like 2 days, a real good feeling of mucsle sorness. keep your log going.

    in 3rd week of cycle, had 5th shoot yesterday in right glute. last friday i shoot my left quad today it is still a little soar. i think im going to stick just to the glutes. that shoot in l quad was the worst, it even woke me up at night with throbbing pain. right quad pain yes gone in 2 days.

    today weight is 160

    still having trouble sleeping at night, skin is oilly, balls shrunk, strenth is good
    bench on smith machine is 230 6 reps

    not much to report, everything is the same. took 6th shoot today in left glute
    i notice im alittle bigger....gotta love the water retention

    Keep us posted man. I am running test cyp 400mg. i am in my first week. Do you feel much different as of now?

    First of all you need to post macros!!
    diet
    8:00 protien shake, 3 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal Need way more Protein here, I'd suggest 4-5 Egg Whites + 1-2 Whole Eggs(I even have 1 scoop of whey)
    8:30 gym
    10:30 protien shake, and dextrose
    11:00 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 slices light wheat, 1 cup of cottage cheese or 1 slice turkey and 1 slice fat free cheese Stay away from fat-free cheese, they contain sugar(check the label)
    1:00 steak, chicken, or fish, 1/2 cup brown rice, and veg.
    3:00 steak, chicken, or fish, and veg. Sweet Potato or Brown Rice
    5:00 same as 3:00 Sweet Potato or Brown Rice
    7:00 same as 3:00 You could add some oats here
    9:00 1 cup cottage cheese
    Answers in BOLD! I could help you a little more if you'd post macros. If you're bulking then you need to get in more carbs like I suggested!
