    opinions please

    Opinions PLEASE

    I started working out at 19. My weight was 180-185 pounds at 19% bf. I was a skinny guy

    So I got myself onto a workout plan that would change every three weeks and I started to eat every three hours. No sugar, no fat. All the good stuff. I aim for 4500 calories a day, usually hit around 3800- 4000.

    I am now 23, 6”4 at 11% bf, I weigh 205 pounds.

    I am getting stronger but can’t seem to get much bigger. I would like to be around 220 by the end of the year.

    Im thinking of getting onto a cycle, maybe do two.

    Have I been going at this long enough to move onto the next step???

    What do you guys think, opinions PLEASE.

    I don’t want to bulk up with water weight, just pack on more muscle

    It sounds like you have done well , a little more work in the diet section and I believe you can meet your goals .

    6'4 205 is still rather light IMO. But you are definitely doing well. Most will put some water weight on.... but you will loose it in the end. With some half decent gains as well.....

    I figure water weight would happen....

    ive been going at this as hard as I can for the past 3.5 years. I am trying to gain as much as I can without packing on fat.

    Again, I want to pop on 20 pounds of muscle.
    If I were to cycle, and after PCT is over, would one cycle be enough or am I looking at two??

    Even though I am not a beginner to body building, I am new to gear.
    Suggestions of what to stack??? on the beginner page on this site it says to stack testosterone and dianabole
