day 5 on the dbol
Went to gym today and trained my chest, i think the strength gains may already be kicking in becasue at the end of sets where i usually have to really dig deep to complete reps i was finding it easier, next chest session weight is definatley getting stacked on!

7th day on the dbol and trained my back today strength has definatley increased heres a few of my lifts..
Cable row using lat pulldown bar - 90kg stack which is 100kg with a 10kg plate attached
wide arm pull ups - 8 10 reps 12 reps
bent over Tbar row - 85kg 110kg
barbell shrugs - 120kg 140kg

I know man I'm pretty Impressed so far and it's only been a week. But. I have been 100% dedicated tothis I haven't touched alcohol and have been eating like a horse lol also I'm taking Bulgarian tribulus whether that's making much difference I don't know it's a herbal test if you scroll up you will see me and one of the other guys who reccomended it to me talki g about it. I'll be taking nolva and clomid for pct and I also have milk thistle for liver protection and nope no sides it's all good stuff so far mate.

Trained legs and bicep today some strength gains on a few exercises
squats 140kg 8reps i didnt put any more weight on but i found it easier to complete sets
hamstring machine curl (doesnt have weight marked on the plates) i was 2 plates off the stack for 10 reps now lifting the stack for 10 reps
EZ bar preacher curl 50kg 55kg
standing BB bicep curl 40kg 45kg

keep going bud! ordered my pct today! it has clomid, nolvadex , and tribulus in one pill! does this sound right? when is this experiment complete? having a hard time waiting! lol

how has the weight changed? i know its only end of week 1 but wondering the weight fluctuation at all. any sides or bloating?

haven't weighed myself yet I'm going to do that at week 2. And I haven't come over any sides and on appearance ther doesn't seem to be any bloating

I'm nearly at two weeks now and I think I've made some slighty noticeable gains I seem abit fuller but not bloated if that makes sense, anyways I'll post some pics up tomorrow so you can check it out

Sorry no pics today I can't find the cable for my phone to put the on my laptop but I'll have a real good look tomorrow lol
so today I deadlifted and was suprised at how much I improved in just 2 weeks I used to lift 130kg/286lbs for 6-8 reps but today I lifted 140kg/330lbs for 8 reps!!
afterwards I felt awesome!! My training partener was impressed aswell
after that I did 3sets on the abdominal crunch machine and I used to lift the stack but now I attached an additional 10kg to it
So far so good no bloating etc and I'm training hard, eating and sleeping well and haven't even sniffed alcohol lol

sorry guys ive been having connection problems with my internet, heres a few new pics final week of the dbol starts on monday
i dont feel or appear to have any bloat i think maybe its due to the bulgarian tirbulus ive been taking along with the dbol because it has diuretic properties.
my BB flat bench press has gon up 10kg for another 2 reps aswell which im pretty pleased with and think my chest looks abit fuller because of that
used to bench 100kg for 6 reps now 110kg for 8 reps

In to my final week now.
Just come back from the gym and I squatted 150kg for 8 reps that's a 10kg improvement

This is not true, a dead lift is a completely different movement. I started power lifting when i was 15 and was trained by a high level power lifter. my deadlift was 475 at 16 which was a national record but my squat was 395 both unequipped. You cant say that someones dl should be about equal to their squat. Theres no mathematical equation that says your squat and deadlift need to be the same, everyones different. depending on the way you deadlift (sumo or traditional) you could be using more back, legs, hams ect.
