    D-bol only starts today!!

    yoo today i start a d-bol only cycle running 40mg ed for 4 weeks, i have nolva and clomid along with milk thistle for pct.
    before anyone bashes this idea below is the link to a thread i started yesterday to explain my reasons.
    Starting a d-bol only cycle tomorrow

    Stats now
    Age - 26
    Height - 5ft 9
    Weight - 13st 3lbs/186.2 lbs
    Bf - 11%

    Measurements all in inches (note that i am no beast like some of you guys im more the atheltic type haha)
    Chest - 43.2
    Bicep - 15.5
    Forearm - 12.5
    Thigh - 24.1
    Calf - 16.3

    These are the main exercises from different muscle groups to give you an idea of my strength all in Kgs. (note that i am no beast haha)

    Bench - 100 for 6 reps
    BD shoulder press - 27.5 for 8-10 reps
    EZ bar preacher curl - 50 10 reps
    Deadlift - 100 for 10 reps
    Squats - 140 for 6-8 reps

    anymore info wanted just ask.
    i will be updating this log as i progress through my cycle.

    and i forgot one thing

    wide arm pull ups 8-10 reps before i start losing good technique

    no offence man but how can your squat be that much stronger then your deadlift?

    since squat requires lower back strength, hamis and glutes like a deadlift, most peoples deadlifts are almost identical to their squat or above it

    im going to have to say you prb dont know how to squat properly

    woaahhh good spot my bad deadlift is 130.
    i can squat more than deadlift jus becuase i have developed stonger legs than a stronger core through playing rugby.

    lol and how did you mistakenly type 130 instead of 100?

    soz man dont believe you, no one makes a mistake like that

    anyways best of luck with your cycle, i dont agree with it but ey its your body

    BTW your shoulders are seriosuly lacking, suggest you work on them this cycle coz 27.5kg is a shocking lift

    and POST some starting pics

    no one really monitors logs, or believes them unless their are starting pics and ending progress pics

    i have jus took some pics ill put them on if i can figure out how to, i dont know myself how i made that mistake to be honest mate lol

    and the reason i do DB shoulders press just with the 27.5kg is because i had a serious injury not so long back from rugby and couldnt train them hard for around 3-4 months it was all rehab and light lifting.
    i had made a tackle and somehow my shoulder blade had jolted down and become unattached to some of the smaller muscles supporting it and the cartlidge had moved so everytime i tried to move some heavy weight either shoulder pressing or benching etc it hurt like hellllll lol
    thts another reason im doing this to get them delts back

    dbol only is really stupid. sorry i think you would make so much more gains with a simple test only cycle.

    Most of what you gain will be water, and you'll deflate like a balloon once you stop the dbol .

    What are your goals? Do you want a body of a bodybuilder or do you want to just get somewhat bigger for 1 1/2 months. If you want temporary size then a dbol only cycle should work. You'll probably gain 10-15 lbs in those 4 weeks, most from water that will stay in your system temporarily. After you come off the dbol you will pee all that water out day after day. Look at my log if you don't believe me. I speak from experience. I got up to 230 lbs and once I stopped taking dbol, I peed out 10 lbs of water in 2 1/2 weeks. Don't be scared of the needle. I know how you feel because I was the same way at first and was also thinking of a dbol only cycle at first. But then I thought I am doing this right or not at all. A 10 week cycle of test e 500mg/week and dbol is not that much. The test e is what is going to build the muscle, the dbol is just a kickstart or a tool to get more strength or few more reps. I'm not saying you won't build any muscle from dbol only but it won't be much especially in just 4 weeks, maybe 2-3 lbs of actual muscle. That's not worth it because that can be done easily naturaly at your level.

    don't know why people are afraid of needles,

    when I kick-started with dbol I did around 15lbs and lost like 3-4 pounds of water, was kinda sad, was glad I still had test-e in me to keep me going. because dropping off dbol is a pretty big crash. so hope your ready for it.

    honestly a d-bol cycle although not the best choice isn't as bad as some people make it out to be, for the one the keeps gains aren't as bad as they appear to be since people only run it for like 4-6 wks, and by that point you probably would just build up a bit of water retention, another thing d-bol doesn't shut you down very hard and go read the info on it on the steroid profiles

    My diet is in pretty good shape I'd say here's what I've eaten today

    breakfast - 6egg omlette with tomato and mushroom with a bannana
    snack - protein shake and a granola bar
    lunch - 2 chicken breasts 2 medium size baked potatoes small salad
    snack - tin of mackerel and protein shake
    dinner - large piece of haddock,peas with mash potatoe
    supper- protein shake wholemeal toast with peanut butter

    try throwing some bulgarian tribulus in there, doesnt work for everyone, but it sure makes me more aggressive.

    about a week for me, but everyone is different.
    you will notice big gains in week 2-3.

    jus looking at this tribulus and read a few reviews feedback onit seems pretty good and it's cheapso I'll give it a try, how would I take it alongside my dbol ?

    Cool what an expermint. Lol. I pop a few dbol tabs if I get below 240 just for about 5days. If I feel weak. Not that often prob once every few months I put on bout 5 lbs of water or so but lifting goes back up a bit, it makes me hungryr. Then I'm back to the grindstone. I don't like water weight cuz it makes my pecs look funny and mid section gets a little loose. Be carefull and start sum joint health you are gona b soar. Good luck!

    My tabs are 5mg so I'm taking 2 at breakfat 2at lunch 2at dinner and 2 wheni eat b4 bed.
    Nope no grapefrui juice I drink alot of apple juice thoguh, should I be drinking grapefruit?

    This is wt I currently do
    DB press
    upright row
    superset side lateral raise with barbell shrugs
    rear delt fly

    Any suggestions how I can improve that?

    whats up bro! i would like to follow your cycle. am pretty close to all your stats and, i to have considered dbol only cycle in fact i bought 100 10mg pills but after joining and reading a bunch of posts i have decided to first fix my diet to see where that gets me! i also would like to see pics. i posted some of myself check them out im a little bit smaller than you p.s

    switch DB press to BB and upright row to DB front raise.
    squeeze those rear delts hard.

    I like to do db front raises first, then side raises, then rear delt flys, then do my presses, so when you do your presses, your 3 parts of your shoulder burn and get a good workout.

    because when you do your presses, normaly the front takes like 70% sides like 20%, and rear like 10%.
