    New cycle did not get what I wanted bu o well

    Whats up fellas.
    Wanted to post up my second cycle.
    Will take any advice given.

    6'2
    210-215
    BF% 15-17?
    Training on and off since I was 17.
    First real cycle was small Test Cyp 250 a week for 10 weeks.

    Had no knowledege of PCT so did not do one. Luckily nothing too bad happened. Maybe shut me down a little bit, but got good gains and kept a lot of them.
    New cycle:
    1-12 Test E 600mgs split x2
    1-10 EQ 400mgs a week
    PCT Nolva/Clomid
    Getting some Stane for an AI. I had a little flair up of Gyno last time, but it disapeared.
    This is all Home Brew gear
    I originally ordered Deca , but my buddy sent me the EQ. He said the bathtub scientist said it was a good batch and I would like it. So I said WTF I trust my buddy!

    I do not post very often, but I feel I have learned a great deal of knowledge from all of the people hear. Props to this Forum.

    I've read that EQ at this dose is weak? Is that true?

    I will try and get some pics up soon.
    Oh and I was so excited when I received my package I immediatly hit myself in the Butt with 1ml of the test and 2ml of the EQ.

    Mmm, people normally do 500 mg of test not 600. But what are your goals for this cycle? do u wanna get lean? bulk up? Do you have a diet made up suited towards ur goals?

    wow someone actually responded!

    I am doing the 600 of test because I have 3 10ml bottles of TestE
    So I figured I had enough to bump it up to 600 instead of 500

    Goals are to drop a bit of fat and put on and keep about 15lbs. Would like to be a lean 230-235.
    Diet isn't bad. I do cheat once a week and eat out, but even that meal isn't too bad.
    Tryin to eat 5-6 times a day.
    Heres what I typically eat:

    6:00 40min dog walk 2.8miles
    6:45 40min cardio as hard as I can go HR around 150-185

    8:00 1cup cooked oats with Blueberries and 1 egg 5 egg whites
    11:00 6-8oz of chicken,steak or fish and Brown Rice
    2-2:30 if I'm hungary same as above. Sometimes just some nuts.
    5:00 Some form of protein like Tuna or chicken and maybe some carbs.
    5:30 another 40min dog walk
    7:00 Dinner of Fish or Chicken, lots of broccoli and a little rice or sweet potatoe
    8:30 Lift and sometimes 20min cardio
    9:30-10:00 50g protein shake w/cherries,banana, and Nat. P.Butter

    I try to eat like this everyday, but I'm not tryin to compete for anything. Just be healthy and strong.
    Also I live in Vegas and would like to land a Pool job for the summer. Bartenders are making up to a Grand a day.

    One question.

    Is the 400eq a week a good dose?

    The first pin I put all of it in the pin w/ the 300 of test, but my syringes are only 3cc,
    so I think I am going to split it up next week.

    I know this is not the diet section, but does it look ok for a clean bulk?

    To be honest. Im not a pro, I've only done two cycles that i put together on my own before ever having come onto this site. But I still think that 600mg of test is too much but i could be wrong cause like i said im not as well seasoned as some of the other guys around here. =/

    Your diet looks alright to me, just post up the macros for each meal an maybe we can get some more ppl in here to help you out.

    Actually, just post your diet up in the diet section lol

    Why is 600mg too much. I know people who inject 1000mg a week. I belive you should up the Test and others each cycle. Correct me if I'm wrong but I would think that your body will get used to it just like anything else.

    Yeah I do not really count my cals and macros too much. Just try and estimate.
    I put on fat really easy if I don't stay active. So I just try and eat as clean and natural as possible and still be able to enjoy myself.

    No boxed shi+ or anything processed except for the Protein Powder and canned Albacore in Water.

    Doin my legs tonite. I will let yall know how it goes. Obviosly I do not feel anything yet.

    My leg workout is:

    Squats 4 sets
    Romainian Deadlift x 4 sets
    Leg Press high reps 3 sets
    Leg Extensions x 3 sets

    Calves
    seated calf raises high reps x 3 sets
    Standing calve raises high reps x 3 sets

    your diet needs a bit of work. you should also incorporate some sort of long estered protein after your shake such as cottage cheese or lean steak. Get macros and post in the diet section, you will be amazed at how much better results you can get with a better diet.

    fix your diet, and maybe cut down a lil bit on the cardio.

    the EQ must be ran for at least 14 weeks imo, long ester. so i wud drop it.

    So you do not think 10 weeks will do much?Really do not know much about it.
    I thought running it a couple of weeks less than the test was right.

    Yeah I know my diet isn't perfect, but I really do not want my diet to run my life.
    I make all of my food and do not eat out much at all so I know exactly what im eating.

    But anyone with experience PLEASE chime in.

    I just got my stane for my AI and would like to go ahead and start it but I cannot find the thread where I was told how much to take.

    I think it was .5mg eod is this right?

    Did legs last night and Chest and Bi's today.
    No increase in strength or pump.

    Will be pinning the 300mgs of Test in the morning and going on a 13 mile Hike with the girl and the dogs.
    Will be doing Back tomorrow.

    Back workout looks like this:

    3 sets of chins ups to failure
    4 sets Deadlifts
    3 sets Bentover BB Rows
    3 Sets of Cable Rows
    3 Sets of Medium Grip Pulldowns
    3 sets of DB pullovers

    Any advice on the Stane is ie .5 EOD?

    Thank you lexruger. Starting it today.

    The hike turned out to be only 11 miles. Got nice and sunburned. First sun of the year.

    Did back. Not much to report.

    5 days in.
