Actually, im pretty sure I was eating below my TDEE. I was eating around 1900 for about 2 weeks on a set diet, but then decided to just go how I felt instead of eating the same thing everyday.

I tried a few diff methods of dieting, but as of right now I have been doing 3 very low carb days followed by 1 high carb day. On my low days i go for between 30-50 carbs and on my high carb day im not sure how many I get but probably in the 200+range.

The cardio I do varies also on how I am feeling. Some days I will do all out sprint for 15 seconds walk for 1 minute and do that 8-10 times.

Other days I will do between 30-60min on a treadmill, 8 incline at 3-3.3 speed.

And I will also go for runs outside. Lately I've been going for three mile runs on an actual course that is full of large hills, so it isnt just running flat for 3 miles. Today I am going to be doing a 5 mile run though.

My workouts were very random and not on a schedual. The only rule I try to keep for myself is I have to lift atleast 3 days a week and I have to do some type of physical activity 6 days a week.

Sorry I couldn't really give a detailed explination on m diet, etc. But i have all of the stuff, as in workouts, cardio sessions and lengths of them, and when I did abs, that I did from the beginning till present day. Its just a paper I have to keep track of what I have done.. so If i worked out back itll say "back" It doesnt have the exercies and reps etc.

really cool. The reason why I was asking how many cals OVER is because it looks to me like you actually gained muscle in the pics or maybe my eyes are fooling me.

From the pics you supplied I call Bullshit. It appears as if you cut bf in half and added 10-20lbs of muscle. I think some better pics are in order...

Twist I have about 20 pictures that I can put up. I can't do it this moment but I'll try to put them up later today. A lot can be done in a 4 month period. I said in my
original post that the 1st pic makes me look a little worse. That's because I did have a good muscular base before I started my cut but in the pic on jan 7 it doesn't look like I have worked out much. I also was only
working out about once or twice a week for about 3 months before I tool that pic. I'll ge the other pics up and ull see. I am not a bullshitter.

    thanks!

My height is 6 feet exactly and when I started the cut on the 7th I beleive I was around 185-190, I actually went to the doctor today and they weighed me in at 186. So I really stayed around the same weight the whole time, just cut a lot of body fat. I have been working out and learning how to diet for a few years now, so I have kind of found what works for my body. I have yet to get into the very lolw single didgets yet, which is what I am really trying to do, but i will get there one day. As a kid I was always pretty chubby and a couple years ago when I started working out I was 220, but never really lifted. I always had a decent muscluar build though beneath the fat, even though I never lifted much when i was younger.

My ab routine varies a lot. I try to do movements that I can feel are stretching my abs like weighted rope pull downs, hanging leg raises, crunches with a 25lb plate on a delince bench, in-n-outs, ab roller, regular crunches. I really just go for whatever is feeling good for me that day. If leg raises feel good one day ill do them, but if i cant get that feeling in my abs the next time I do them I wont do them and Ill find something else.

I try to do abs atleast 4 days a week.

    abs look good.

but something is not right with the growth of ur delts, there is a huge difference in delt size from 3/13 to the last pic.
if u were cycling i would understand, but natural it doesnt sit well..

    either way, abs look good..

but ur avi is still really gay for a straight man...

lol yea i know tough crowd.. doesnt rly matter ot me though honestly
I know that I put in the hard work and got my results, im still working on it to be a little more shredded for summer.

Everyone that doubts the pics just lets me know how well I have done so far.
    Thank you for the compliments.

Oh and i Probably did put on some muscle because I stayed around the same weight the entire time I did the cut.. so I must have lost bf and gained muscle. As i said before I have been working out for a few years, but the the first picture is from when i took a few month break only working out 1 or 2 times a week with a poor diet. as soon as I get back into working out I am very strict with myself in order to get the results I am looking for. I used to be over weight and I needed a lot of hard work and disipline to cut the weiht I used to have. I dropped from 220 to around 173 in a matter of about 6 months. I did it a little too fast and lost a good amount of muscle, so i had to work up from there. I have put on about 10-15lbs of muscle since then and that is staying around the 8-10%bf range though. I can easily get back up to 195-205 If I wanted and might decide to do that after the winter and then cut back down to maybe 192 for next summer instead of 185 like ill most likely be for this summer.

hey man great job. got to say i was wondering about those first 2 pics myself (lol) i think it was just because your're flexing really hard. the progress photos are pretty cool to. pretty good shape for someone who has never cycled. good job bro u put in a lot of hard work so u deserve those gains and congrats. what's next on the list?

hah thanks man, actually in the second pic I wasnt rly flexing that much. I have a bunch of veins n random parts of the day the'll just buldge out. Mainl the reason i took the pic in the first place haha. I can actually make my veins in my arms buldge out without even working them out, especially in the shoulder area.

Next on the list, not rly sure, I've been wanting to do a mild PH cycle like H-drol during the summer, but I am not 25 yet, so it is a tough decision. As of right now I will just continue to diet and workout to keep getting more defenition for the summer.

possibly, I heard the doeses humans take arent really high enough to actually reach noticeable muscle saving properties, but maybe. If so, thats pretty sweet lol
