    Help with eating on cycle

    About to start my 5 or 6 cycle

    Test E 1000mg/week. 12-15 week
    Deca 400mg/week. Stopping two weeks before coming off test
    Dbol . 50 mg/ day 5 weeks
    Drol. 50 mg/ day. 5 weeks
    Letro 2.5mg eod
    Hcg 200 e3d

    Here's my stats going to try to keep this updated to motivate myself more

    23
    6'3
    200 pounds
    10-15% bf approx.

    I want to get to reach a clean 225 without sacrificing my jumps on the ball court! I need to crack down on my diet better to get the best results but I'm not sure how to go about counting my calories and that such.
    Any help would be appreciated

    Not to be rude but you aren't sure if its your fifth or sixth cycle? Yet you're 23?? Even I can count that high!

    That's way too much gear in my opinion.. What were your first cycles?

    I'm 24 I'm a month lol and yes it's my 5 or 6th let me recap

    1st test only 5 week
    2nd test 10 week dbol 5 week
    3rd test dbol deca
    4th test tren a/e masteron
    5th this cycle
    Ran proper pct and ai on all.

    Jump in the nuitrition forum great advice there, though i will say i wouldve recommended you got your diet squared a way first. Anyways theres a good thread from LeanMeOut itll help you get ur min intakes with minimal fat gain. As well as give you examples on when its okay to cheat.

    Thanks bro ill check it out for sure! How can you keep everything organized or how do you keep track with it all the easiest?

    I used to keep a compostion book then i got to the point that its all mental now, Id recommend you do write it down till you know it like the back of your hand.

    Can;t comment on the nutrition

    But u dont need both dbol and drol. Both would be overkill and hard on the liver cuz anadrol is dirty on its own. I've never seen or heard both used on the same cycle at the same time. I myself prefer anadrol as it usually gives more results at same dosage.

    Letro dosage might be a little high as its potent as fakk even tho its eod. Used to give me headaches and lethargy and letro dick. I do arimidex on cycle now. Might want to consider those changes.

    Im going to do a similar cycle, test/deca /dbol with arimidex and hcg , although not at that high of a test dosage. Ill post it below for ya to give u an idea i guess. Its not too much diff

    Test E - 750mg/week 16 weeks
    Deca - 500mg/week 14 weeks
    Dbol - 60 mg/day 6 weeks

    Arimidex - 0.25mg eod
    HCG 2x week 250iu
    Nolva 20mg/day

    All during cycle

    with separate pct, still working on a good pct program

    unless u already started the cycle then in that case carry on lol

    Find your TDEE, for every 3500 extra calories is 1 pound, 500 surplur per day, good rule to go by.
