    Results over an 8 year span.

    First photo: 145lbs give or take. BF: Nothing.
    Second photo: 230lbs give or take. BF 9-10%

    Never underestimate diet, training, sleep, and a few pins here or there

    A while ago, before I got inked up. Can't remember the exact time though. I'm hovering in the 230lbs still slightly over 10%. Not much has changed and I have nothing no photos of the wheels fellas, my fault. Girl is out of town with the camera. I'll see if I can get some up sooner or later.
