Started first cycle!
Anyone have any good recommendations of what to start with for my first Cycle by workouts or eating plans?

if youre asking those kinds of questions you shouldnt be and steroids
but eat alot and train hard....you should have all this down before starting a cycle

Too late I already started not a big deal, Im just trying to fig what Im looking at for workout routines. Im asking a question because I started already I dont care if Im too young sorry man. I want to know what kind of workout and if there are any supplements you recomend. O yea by the way Im not too young either sorry!

I have a friend that did this exact same cycle guys he is in same sports looked exactly same body type and he is 187 was 163 and is in his post right now and looks good as hell and toned like no other. Im sure there are a lot of people that will hate on me but the thing is I dont care. I am doing this already they cant stop me now, I just want to keep a post on here so everyone sees how I am doing that wanted to know what Id turn out to be. I am in good hands and have a doctor by my side if I need it.

I have literally tried everything and I cant get anywhere with anything. Protein anything, I have such a fast matabolism and I am currently looking to get bigger for a base on test and then even get more bigger this summer with another set of test or maybe even next school year. I have figured out that from 11th grade I have not grown anymore and have seen no changes and even at college Im eating a lot and still no gains. Its time to start something thats worth it. Sorry to be so stubborn but it needs to be done!

what do you mean youve tried everything? how long have you been training? are you eating 6 large meals a day? thats how u grow, not with all those bullshit suplements u buy at GNC.
You realise if you cant grow naturally at a 165 lbs 6`3 frame, its because your diet sucks, your sleep sucks and/or your training sucks?

you are just setting yourself up for a failed cycle and disappointment. 1, you dont even seem to know how to workout if you needed to ask. 2, im willing to be your diet is terrible, post it up and let us critique. 3, how do you expect to gain weight on cycle and keep the gains if you cant even gain weight naturally? and last of all do you have pct set up?

Your going to have a load of problems you wished you never had, your going about this all wrong, you may think your right but your here asking questions and you should be listening instead of waiting till some other young kid comes along and tells you what you want to here.
Stop steroids ,
Sort yourself a intense training program out,
You need to eat and eat more, you will lose everything you gain because your diet cant and wont support any kind of muscle tissue.

I eat a shit ton no lie, I just have a way fast matabolism I trained way hard when I was running d1 track I also trained throughout highschool. I dont do bench press but I do dumb bell bench. I have only ever used jack3d from GNC and about 10 pounds of Amp Protein. I am currently taking animal pack for viatimins. I have not seen any gains besides maybe 3 pounds. I am currently looking to be dedicated to lifting like I am already Im not going to stop like most young kids. I have a toned body the way it is so now if I can bulk that would be great.

1. Actually I do have a workout plan man Im just trying to look to see if I can make it better. 2. I am currently in college so we dont have the greatest food not going to lie . Everyday for breakfest I have a amulet with cheese and ham thats it and pbj and my animal pack vitamins. For brunch I eat usually some fruit with cottage cheese for lunch I eat whatever kind of meat they have without the bun or anything on it. For a snack I usually have chips Im not going to lie. I workout then have protein shake. For supper its usually meat with about 3 glasses of milk. And a late night snack usually consist of a nutrtion bar from the union. Not to mention I am drinking probably 6 bottles of water and 2 gatorades a day and have a protein after workout. 3. I'm just going to eat a shit ton of protein and hope to gain and work my tail off. 4. Im sorry for being such a stuborn guy but you have been where I am at in your life at sometime maybe not 6'3 but you get the point.

Seems like you have been doing it all wrong. Everyone here has the experience you are looking for, and wants to help you meet your goals...all you have to do is listen.
Why come here for advise, but then refuse to listen to anyone that disagrees with you, when it was your methods that aren't working.

Man I know this may sound sad but I seriously eat a shit ton you have no idea. On the weekend I might be a little lacking in nutrition but still I am eating a shit ton. I have had about 13 friends take steroids in my grade since college and not one looks terrible at all. I figured hey I got it for a decent price Im not out to much cash if it doesnt work. The research shows E.D. and acne and all that bullshit is 1:100 people. I think I will be fine although I do have bad luck. I am eating a shit ton and currently will keep eating a lot. Sorry Im not going to listen either considering I dont get why you can bodylift at 16 hmmmm somethings not right there. I am already feeling bigger just waking up this morning and walking to class. My training program is my first semester track program that all sports do here at college including football.

Well to begin with I guess I already tried man, Im not waiting the so called 4 years I need to wait I just want to know what people think I should do for a diet and a workout program to see if its better than mine. I am already started as of monday I am going to do this regardless. I just wanted to hear some information on workouts not people telling me to stop. Sorry for sounding like an ass man I just want to try this regardless just wanted to hear feedback on my question.

You also don't seem to understand how to eat. Its about how much you eat but also about your macros. Just eating meat will not bulk you up. You need meat, carbs and good fats in every ****in meal or you'll just shit your protein.
acne 1:100 you kidding me? i got a lot of buddies on gear, who've been juicing for a huge while and at least HALF of them have mild to major acne when they are on gear (unless they take tons of precautions, where it falls down to like 1/4)
A shit ton of food? Really? You listed like 130g protein, 2000-2600 calories max and im counting the chips in lol.
Here i made this pic just for you as i am sitting here in front of my pc eating my second meal.

Dude cmon man I know its a lot more than that I eat pasta to i forgot to add without the sauce and just the noodles and the meat on it. Ill count the cals and tell you what I come out with tonight on here. Acne is in everyones genes its just how much stress and what your hormone levels are that will make you have more or less. I am considering the Chicken tho that also looks good may I add! Can I hear your meal plan and see if I cant try that also. I do know chips is not healthy as well and I will try to stay away from that. I drink a shit ton of drinks tho today I actually just doined a whole trapicana right before my nap before my 12 a.m. class. I am thinking 3 hamburgers today with lots of rice and maybe a side of some chicken tenders after class! Oh by the way I love the pic but I dont think its going to stop me man lol

You dont understand. Stay away from sugars. The only sugar i get personally comes from milk. Don't even count sugar calories, they cause insuline spike and you end up shitting what your body doesn<t use in the immediate moment. Especially with your metabolism. You need slow-digesting carbs, not hamburger bread or fruit juice full of simple carbs that you,re body wont use. If you want sugars, get em DURING your workout. bring 500ml orange juice mixed with 500 ml water with salt in it to your workout and drink it while you train, if you have trouble getting trough the whole thing cuz you lack energy
You want a meal plan, here's mine. And if your stomach cant eat it, then it means you aren't ready.
7AM: 250 ml egg white+ 2 eggs, 2 cups of oats, 200g of blueberries
10AM: 10 ounce of chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice and a glass of milk
1PM: 2 tuna cans, a large serving of pasta
4 PM: a cup of lentils with 8 ounce of steak, some vegetables
(WORKOUT)
PWO: 60g whey protein and a glass of milk+ 0.5 to 1.5 cup of oats depends on my hunger.
8 PM: 8 ounce of tilapia fish and 150g of almonds
10 PM (I sometime skip this meal if i go to bed early): 1 tuna can with 50g almonds, more vegetables
Buy frozen chicken breasts from costco. you can get 4 lbs for like 15$
same for tilapia eccept they're like 20$ for 3 lbs.
Egg white is a joke. you can order frozen eggwhite online and get like 4000 eggwhites for 60-80$
I buy my steak fresh.
tuna cans cost 1 buck each and have 30g protein.
lentils, pasta and rice doesn't cost shit.
Now get off your ass, you have some groceries to buy. See you later.
Don't take another injection until you have been following this meal plan for just a ****in month. Just do it one month, naturally. you will get results that will motivate you and allow you to post-pone your usage of steroids for when you'll be ready.Last edited by Sulixe; 02-04-2011 at 12:10 PM.

Alright thanks for the good meal plan!! I am going to stop eating sugars and starches and start eating your exact meal plan minus the oats and possibly blueberries. I will get on that I just got out of class for the day and going to lift right now. I am going to look forward to seeing great results while dieting right. P.s. Ill just finish out this cycle then since I already started and I kind of had to have balls to get that first pin in so Ill just finish the cycle then eat and workout like I have been for the last year hard! By the way I graduated High-School at 159 and Im only 165 now!! Somethings not right. I have to keep going man I cant start something I didnt finish. Sorry for being stubborn yet again!

The oats and berries are in the meal plan for a reason. At least swap them with something else comparable. Congrats for at least changing your diet.

OP. At your age i was 6'3 185 and had been working out for a while. But i thought i knew it all.
I was wrong. I figured out how to eat and how to train and got up to 225 naturally at around 12% bf. That was in 2 years. It can be done it just takes effort and determination. There is no easy way out

Trying to figure out how to post pics but cant I want to show you guys how skinny of a rail I am. I lifted tonight and I still feel about the same as I did yesterday no pain in the buttox yet but I have a feeling I will one of these days. I stepped on the scale today and up to 166 so gradually getting bigger but its going to take time. To me I feel like Im smaller than 166 but I guess Ill hear your opinions. If someones willing to help me that be great or post one for me. O by the way I added up the calories today and Im at 3100 including my tropicana this morning

Youre not eating enough of the right things bro. That's why you haven't been able to gain. Seriously man, that's what everyone that has posted has told you...they have no reason to lie to you. Nobody wants to see you fail.
If you did change your diet then good for you. That's a step in the right direction.
But if you are following a legit workout program like you say you are, then the reason you haven't been growing is your diet. End of story, case closed.

i know exactly how you feel being a hard-gainer. i was borderline anorexic when i started lifting (136 ibs @6"3") 6 months later i was 172 with 10% bf. wen i started i ate 6k calories a day for the first 4 weeks, it was a killer fiting that much food in, but i managed. since then its been about 4k calories a day (50% from carbs, 25% from protein 25% from fat). i just hit a wall recently, been hovering at 172 for nearly 3 months and its getting to me. considering my first cycle to get me moving in the right direction again. ps, wen i was gaining it was 3-5 ibs a week at the start of gd mucle. then about 1-2ibs wen i hit 160.

Thanks for the words it just makes me want to strive to get even bigger than you ha. Im glad that you're not anorexic anymore and glad that you are moving in the right direction. I am eating my first day fully healthy and everything is going good. I dont know if I like those eggs but it'll have to do right now! I am going to try hitting 3500 cals today in my diet. I loved my chicken and rice though. I am starting to think that this will be all for the good and will help me with my self confidence in myself of how I look.

2 weeks in and feeling great seeing a little improvement in body size. I am a little sore with my back but thats because I have a weak back I believe. I am pretty toned already my daily eating plan has changes thanks to you guys. I feel like in another week I will see some better gains I am at a even 170 and looking good. My gf says she thinks I look different but I cant see it.

Like almost 2k more calories thanks to sulixe I have changed my diet completly and eat lots of chicken eggs and red meat I also eat yogurt to make up for the berries and I also have 2 protein shakes a day and I take animal pack as well.
Quick question is it okay if I use Jack3d for preworkout and use animal pack as well?
