its going better than i could have imagined, i will be posting up a few pics this week.
goin to keep things the same until mid apr then fire in a 6wk tren a and test p on top of my trt dose then im off on hols for a week and when i return i will fire out a 6wk npp and test p cycle. the break in the middle and swap over from tren to npp is somewhat of an unorthodox experiment, but interesting to me, i have nothing to lose on having to come off etc as im on trt anyway.

not been to bad mate, im still eating every 2-2.5hrs so hasnt been awful. i do still get head staggers and crave pizza every now and then but to date i havent even had one cheat meal. ive got thru tht initial feeling skinny stage to actually seeing how much bigger i look as im cutting

well good news, ive started in a gym today after spending y'day on the hunt visiting a few diff places, taking travel and parking (something you have to in dublin!) into consideration i settled on a gym kinda modeled on the larger Fitness First step ups, not hardcore but not entirely a ***** gym. has all the free weights i need and a massive cardio section. so back to basics tomorrow on the cut

just afew to show some of my progress, weight now stabilised at 200lbs and has been for 3wks now, strength going up so i think ive found the magic line between gaining muscle and losing fat slowly.
pics not the greatest but show loss around the abdomen, retention of size in arms and traps and more definition around rear delts, traps and rhoms
pics taken unpumped as usual and after a big brekkie so im alittle bloated. cardio up in the air this past few weeks due to work. still a way to go yet but in no massive hurry. gona cut till the end of may and then cyle and hopefully get up to a lean 215-220lbsLast edited by dec11; 04-19-2011 at 09:00 AM.

another friggin dose of the cold/flu, thats two almost back to back in the last month
between gym shutting down and feeling ill im not get a constant run at this and its getting fvckin annoying, and im going on hols in 2wks time.
hopefully training will be back on track by the end of the week, although im still slowly losing the bf.
going to a three day split with cardio on days off. i find weights everyday just creates a myriad of injuries.
10wks deca planned for after hols and 8wks tren a after that (will be my only cycle this year)

Waist looks a hell of a lot smaller. Good work Dec. I'm actually doing a recomp now, 17 weeks of cutting was a grind but so worth it when you're starting with a much better base.

im not massively concerned with bf %,just want a nice clear definition. im more interested in thrashing on the weight leanly now than anything else. im certainly not worried about getting shredded, 230-240lbs and around 12% would make me content. that would most likely take my up and coming cycle plus another with slin at the end of summer, injuries permitting of course

yeah i feel same way. i'm not worried about single digits and hats off to those who do. 10-12 would be great for me getting ready for my first cut starting monday.
