    10 Wk Winny/Test Prop Starting 6/5 ... 5 Wks Completed of "Natural Cutting" with Pics

    Well I began my cutting cycle 5 weeks ago and decided to get my "base" back before embarking on this 10 week Winny/Test Prop cycle. My results were solid, not so much in the weightloss department (as i only dropped 10 lbs) but the "transformation" that my body went through was VERY necesary before I started this cycle.

    A little background on myself, I'm 27yo, 6ft, 245 lbs (started at 255 lbs 5 Wks ago). Ive never ran a cycle before but I have dabbled with PHs when I was 20yo. I've always been able to build muscle mass, but cutting has always been my problem, but I've been going to the gym now for over 10 years and I basically grew up around the gym since my mom worked at a Golds Gym since I was 14. As a result I was friends with all the trainers and made sure to pick their brains and learn as much as I could. With that said, I definitely am well aware that the MOST IMPORTANT factor in EVERY SINGLE cutting/bulking Cycle is the DIET! Without proper nutrition, your workout and your supplements are useless. I will be using a taper down method from 2,500 Cals (50% Protein, 25% Carbs, 25% Fat) down to 1,800 Cals etc, etc...

    Along with the Winny/Test Prop, I will be taking Gasparis Anavite for my Multi Vitamin, Milk Thistle for Liver Support, Glucosamine for Joint Support, and CLA. I also have 200 20mcg Tabs of Clenbuterol and I may run this towards the end if I have a few vanity pounds to shave off... I'll be running the Winstrol Weeks 1-10 at 50 mgs ED and the Test Prop Weeks 1-10 at 100 mg EOD, as well as Nolvadex Weeks 11-13 at 20 mgs.

    Ive been really busy with work, so I might not be able to pop in as often as I'd like, but I will 100% be posting pictures 5 Weeks down the road and then final Pictures 10 Weeks from now.

    As I stated earlier, I did already begin an "all natural" cut 5 Weeks ago, with decent results, those Pictures are posted below... Im so AMPED to see what kind of results I'll be able to attain with some "assistance", as I've always seen solid results "all natural"... Thanks for any and all responses!!!

    Your bodyfat is WAY to high for cycling. Keep natural, do your cardio and clean up your diet. Get under 15% before you cycle.

    Cutting is a problem due to diet and cardio. I hate cardio but I learned (thanks to this site) how to eat. It's not ever really dieting. The biggest change I made was eating 6x+ a day, really it makes a HUGE difference in a short time. Learn to eat more often, start some cardio, stay in the gym and get your body fat down to 12% before thinking of doing a cycle or you will be disappointed. Really, you are no where near being ready and they will not do you any favors at this point; only disappointment.

    dont go away, stay here and learn. we have probably 50/50 mix of people who are natural and most everyone is natural for at least a few months at a time. LOL Have fun, keep up the good work and keep track of your progress.

    Let me also state this... My current physique is a result of a horrible winter. My life basically crashed down around me through out the last year or so and I abandoned the gym for a long time and just hybernated and ate like shit... I had a binge like this back in college and I cut down from 250 to 220 in 3 months time, and I still have the exact Diet log downloaded onto my computer, which I will be using and referring to. Not that a horrible Winter justifies me "prematurely" cycling, but my point is that Ive shown the discipline and ability to carve shit into stone with no "help"... I know youre saying "then do that again" but I feel that im ready to cycle now and dont want to wait till next year again, thats what Ive always said and im sick of putting this off. I really cant imagine with my diet, workout routine, and supplementation being where it is, that I wont see a great transformation. I dunno guys, whatsayou?

    what BF% would you guys "guess" that I am??? im curious...

    But I'm def gonna get my BF% taken tomorrow at the gym and see exactly where I'm at. A credible source told me, considering my muscle mass and strength, I could "get away with" running this cycle at 18% Tops. I understand that Im not going to be "Shredded with Insane Vascularity and Striations" so I cant see me being "disappointed"... Nevertheless, Im gonna see how far off my BF% is tomorrow... Thanks again Guys!!!

    Your credible source is retarded no offense. Estrogen aromatizes in adipose tissue (fat). The moret you have, the increase risk of estrogen related side effects you will encounter. There is no magic number, but for most people, 12-15% bodyfat shows a decent base and 14-15% BF atleast shows some dedication to dieting. If you cannot get to 12-15% Bodyfat naturally through diet and cardio you are wasting your time and money, and more than likely will just feel depressed afterwards. Dieting is the foundation to bodybuilding. Without spending adequate time on this aspect you will either (A) Look worse than you did before with steroids or (B) Get right back to your before pictures within a month of finishing your cycle.

    Winstrol does not cut you, it does not remove fat from your body. I think all the scamming websites around that try to sell you "cutting" stacks have impregnated the false idea to newcomers that Winstrol and Anavar are these magic oils/pills from Heaven (or Hell depending on your interpretation) that will give you a rock hard 6pack that would allow you to throw out your cheese grater since now you can grate cheese off your abs.

    Clean up the diet and cardio, and decided what you want to do then. Ive never cycled but your bf is too high IMO

    I'm not quite sure what you're all suggesting..... So you're tellin me I need better cardio and diet??? LOL I get the point! Thanks for your input guys... I'll be updating my pictures in 5 weeks time and u guys can judge where I'm at and what I need at that time. Thanks again guys!

    Going to take roughly 4-5 months to get down to an appropriate bodyfat%. I'd guess your at ~25-30% Right now. You need cardio 6 times/day (Probably 30-45mins to start) and to go to the diet section and work on creating a cutting diet.

    FYI, I weighed in at 6', 237lbs, and 23.8%... I def have work to do! Big step down from 255lbs 6 or so wks ago

    yes you have dropped some weight mate. now you need to get a diet sorted. do you lift weights? if not get into a gym and start lifting. hit the cardio as mentioned and you will drop the fat %

    5 Week Update with Pics:
    Down to 235 lbs, havent done bodyfat % but last was 23.8% 4 wks ago, I'm gonna guess gettin down around 20%. My body has changed so drastically from my starting pictures, Thats really all that matters to me. This isn't the first time I've had to "transform" my body, but i sure hope it's my last time! Well, I'm gonna post the pics in 2 mins, I gotta jump onto a comp n transfer the documents...

    Lol, i don't know why did you guys judge that beast, he dropped ALOT of bf .. and gained muscle. Yes' he started on way too high bf, but i dont see him having a gyno.. neither he says about some problems or shiet. Keep the good work bro.

    WOW, dude you are doing a great job, Idk why people dont like it but, believe me you are doing a great job,you're losing fat and gaining muscles instead of losing it as most of people, keep posting, you're a BEAST

    As much as i dont recommend doing this since more fat = more aromatization (ie more estrogen) theres easier ways to cut, OP is doing a good job to be honest, i have seen it done before with alot of fat lebonese kids here in sydney; works wonders.

    Wow great results! Bro your on cycle huh? lol. Anyhow, I'm in the 8th week of cycle right now. I started at a higher BF% then the majority of the forum members recommend. I've had no sides so far and the test is doing it's job.

    thanks so much for all the positive feedback guys! sorry i didnt have time last summer to post my end cycle pics but they were fairly similar to the last pics i posted, as my cycle ended up only running 8 weeks long.

    im currently cutting up naturally and i plan on running a similar cycle to above, just for 12 weeks but ill probably be adding EQ to the mix. i still have the mass from last summer, just trying to drop down to a 10-14% bodyfat before i run this cycle.

    i hope no one else sees my results above and says "if he did it, i can do it" bc trust me, those sort of results arent easy and steroids are no miracle. i have plenty of friends or 'gym friends' who cycle at a higher BF% like i did and look like absolute dog-shit bc they have no clue how to eat proper and diet for success..... my diet plan was extremely extremely strict and my cardio was intense. that wasnt the first time ive dieted like a maniac to cutoff weight so im very well versed in proper diet and nutrition. without eating properly, i would not have acheived any of the above results, my DIET was the key, NOT the cycle. always remember that!


    i will be posting some before pics in 2-4 weeks once im ready to run my new cycle and my exact cycle parameters, thanks for the support guys!
