    Post Cycle 3, Test Cypionate + Deca, need feedback

    Age:24
    Waight: 232 ibs
    Training BB for: 3 years.
    BF: 13-15%
    Hight: 184cm

    Cycle one: Etanate 250mg / deca 250mg weakly for 8 weaks
    Cycle two: Cypionate 350mg / deca 500mg weakly for 12 weaks

    PCT: Nolva, Aromasin + ZMA and Tribulus. Done my bloodwork and everything was normal after 4 weaks on bouth cycles.

    Im now thinking of doing a new cycle, its gone 3 moths.

    Cycle im planing:

    Cypionate: 500mg week 1-12
    Deca: 400mg week 1-10
    Winstrol : week 9-12 Smal doeses. (noot sure how much yeet)
    PCT: Same as over.

    Most people would just use testo for the first cycles but I find dece was amazing But im open for suggestions. No strange side effects yet.

    My goals: Bulk up.
    My diet: Its solid, eating 400g proting mostly chicken file and beaf + proting shakes.

    What is your height and bodyfat percentage?

    Bodyfat is around 13%

    Dont have a special diet since Im still only gaing but have some rouls.

    From 1000g - 1400g meat a day (beaf and chicken)
    3 Waight gainer shaks with 35g protein per shake.
    From 400g-500g oatmeal a day with no fat milk.

    Remember to drink your water and you should vary your protein sources, don't just eat chicken and beef , because your body tend to get used to same protein sources.

    Also you should write up your macronutrients and have some kind of diet plan.

    Almost forgot, I would suggest sticking to whole foods instead of protein shakes. It is always better to eat whole foods than drink protein shakes.

    Drinking protein shake with carbs after a workout is fine.

    For my first two cycles I have done one injection per weak, will it make any differece injecting twice a week? Since its deca and test cypionate ..

    Will also update my current lifts:
    Bench: 325 ibs
    Deadlift: 562 ibs
    Sqat: 485 ibs
    Push press: 242 ibs
