My First Cycle (log): Test Prop & Winny
I have created this log to help me track my development on my first cycle, and also hopefully to help others who are also anabolic virgins looking at doing a similar stack. Lets get started!
My background;
I remember when I was in high school I was the skinniest kid out of all my group. I used to hit the gym with my meat-head friends and work on looking like them, big, strong, and lean. Nothing ever worked for me. And its not like I was working out with the wrong guys, one of them is now a manager at a national chain gym, and another relied a lot on his physique to land an acting gig. These were guys who knew what they were doing at the gym, and that's what made thing so much more frustrating for me not being able to get built like them! I tried everything short of illegal drugs. I tried creatine, andro, weight gainer, etc. Nothing worked for me! When I graduated high school 9 years ago I was 5'8, and 128lbs...
After high school my activity levels decreased a bit, and at the same time my matabalism naturally slowed down and I started putting on weight. At first it felt great cause I didn't look skinny any more, but unfortunately as the years went on I started getting heavier, the wrong kind of heavier. Earlier this summer, I stepped on the scale and it read 178lbs, the heaviest I've ever been. And it wasn't muscle I added. More like a spare tire and double chin. I told myself that I was going to make changes, and put myself on a diet and exercise plan with the same intensity I has when I was in high school. Since that day, I've cut my weight down to 165lbs and feel better than I have in years. Although I'm heading in the right direction and am feeling better, I once again found myself seeking that dream body that I wanted from way back in high school. So now that I'm older, wiser, and more prepared, I'm going for it!...with a bit of help of course ;-)
My goal;
I'm not looking for huge gains. I want to obviously add muscle and lose fat, my goal is to get a lean, hard beach body. It would be nice to look like my avatar one day! Above all else, I want to add strength. I am definitely one of the lightest lifters at my gym, and my physique shows it.
My first cycle;
After getting endless amounts of feedback from this site, along with others with a history of anabolic use, here's what we put together for this cycle...
Week 1 to 12
Test Prop (Anatest)
100mg eod
Week 8 to 14
Winstrol (pills)
50mg daily
Week 14
PCT...
My first injection will start on Sunday, September 18th, and the cycle will end just before the new year. I have a doctor in the family who I've been consulting with and all systems are go at this point. My diet is clean and workout routine all planned out.
I've attached a before picture so I can track my transformation. I will update this post every week with an updated photo and an outline on how the week went.
I'm excited to get this show started! See you all around the bend...

agreed ^^^^ you should at least be able to tell that you lift before starting. no offense op.
