4 week plan
The goal is strictly to cut weight in a 4 week span, PT test at the end of the 4 weeks
Ive been recovering from a MMA injury and have to get back on the wagon Im around 266 tonight lowest I got a few weeks ago was 264 then I went to Vegas(bad idea). Goal is to get down around 250 back to weight I was at when I could pass the PT test and wasnt a fat ass.
10mg dianabol
20mg premabol
Vegetarian diet
I shall try to do 3 meals a day oatmeal in the morning,
Fruit/black beans brown rice combo second meal About 3 cups of rice or so with a cup of black beans
third meal repeat second meal
Down a gallon a day of water
Elliptical at least once a day for a hour
Speed training at the track sprint straight away jog curves bb
P90x beginning cycle
Thoughts? Ideas? Questions comments or concerns?
Ill upload photos later and after the 4 weeks of the progress but 4 weeks is the intense goal that needs to be met right now.
