Thread: My 1st Cycle - Test E only

Just did my 9th pin and started a new vial, so that means the start of week 5!!
I'm tired of my butt & legs hurting so I decided to try in the shoulder, we'll see if I can lift my arm tomorrow night but at least I'll be able to run again.
Last week I was totally off track, I didn't eat near enough or workout near enough, time to get back on track!!!!
I'm at about 207lbs and still 11.5% BF. Gonna head to the gym in a few for a back & shoulder workout

So much better in the shoulder, I can run again with no pain!!! I don't know if I can just handle the pain better in my arms than my legs but it's so much more tolerable.
I'm feeling good and looking good, everyone says that I'm looking bigger and they can tell I've been working out.
I'm pushing 210 and up to around 12% BF. Hopefully by the end I'll be 220 and around 13% BF
No real negative affects (effects? I think it's affects), my testicles are a little smaller and more acne than normal but nothing horrible and no gyno!! I think my girl is getting sick of me being horned up all the time.....getting hard for her to walk

Damnit, I need to drag my ass to the gym!!
My GF is gone on vacation for a couple weeks so I need some motivation. I guess trying to add 5lbs by the time she gets back should be some good motivation.......
I'm nearing the end of my cycle and it's kind of depressing even though it still hurts to pin, and I'm already planning the next one.
My lifts have been pretty amazing, at least for me. I keep adding weight every week, veins are popping even without a pump and damn I'm sexy!!
I'm still sitting around 208lbs and it looks like I have 2.5 weeks left (5pins) of the Test E. My main problem is the diet. I have off days where I might get 2000 calories in and then good days where I get 3000+ in. I know I don't have the discipline to be a pro body builder, I just want to look better than 99% of guys naked and I'm well on my way
