12 Week Cut & First Cycle Log.
Welcome!
The purpose of this thread is to provide an accurate and honest account of my first cycle experience. There will be no bullshitting, 'E-stats' or any other fcukery.
My hope is that folks will be able to use this thread, once its complete, as an honest and accurate resource to see what they can expect out of their first cycle.
This log will be split into two phases;
12 Week Natural Cut 29 Oct - 20 Jan
Goal; Sub 12% BF.
14 Week 'Steroid' Cut 21 Jan - 29 April
Goal; Sub 6% BF.
Currently
24 | 5'6 | 78KG | 20% BF |
I'll be taking progress pics and measurements at significant intervals as well as detailed, daily posts.

12 Week Natural Cut
Lifts & Cardio
MON - Legs & Shoulders
TUE - 5km run.
WED - Back & Tri
THUR - 5km run.
FRI - Chest & bi.
SAT - 5km run.
SUN - Rest.
Diet
Intermittent Fasting.
I'll be roughly aiming for the following;
Lift Days;
2200 cals; 250P | 250CHO| 25F
Cardio Days;

I plan on using enth.
PR0P would be ideal, however, small town, small choices.
Would love to hear your opinion.

Enth would be ok.. Test promotes fat free mass and fat loss so long as the diet is in check.
