First cycle log
Hi there! I'm starting out my first cycle and would want to share my experience on this forum.
Stats:
25 yo
90 kgs/ 198 lbs
5'10''
body fat 15.34%
28.4 BMI = overwieght
Weight lifting and exercise background:
I used to be in the basketball varsity in highschool and in the early years of college. My first beginner gym experience was way back 11 years ago. I stopped 4 years ago due to the demands of my job. I work in a shifting schedule from 7-3, 3-11 to 11-7 so sometimes I can't get enough rest to workout the next day and what not. I'm not new to steroids and other performance enhancers but I did lack knowledge back then, just taking what seemed good coz it worked for a friend. With that said, got new job and hit the gym again not long ago going back to basics and stuffed with knowledge from here regarding enhancers and hoping I get the best resuslts.
Cycle & PCT:
week 1-14 test-cyp 250mg every 4days
week 2-14 hCG 500iu every 4 days, a day before test pin
week 1-16 adex .25mg eod
PCT every day week 17-20
Clomid - 75/50/50/50
Nolva - 40/40/20/20
Routine: rest in between workout days
Day1 chest and biceps
bench press
incline press
dips
dumbell curl
barbell curl
day3 thighs and core
medicine ball situps
45 degree twist/ 45deg cable rotation
toe touch
squats
leg presses
leg curls
day 5 shoulder and tris
overhead press
upright row
dumdbell raise
skullcrusher
one arm tricep extension
day 7 back and calves
chins
lats
bent over row
seated cable row
seated calf raise
calf press on the leg machine
this will most likely be my routine for 1.5 months and will add and/or change some after that
just wanted to get back to basics and not 'shock' my muscles into an intense work out routine.
Supplemets taken:
Nitros oxide xplode - prework out
Anabolic window - post w.o.
whey - in between meals, twice a day
my diet varies, but I carbo load two hours before gym; varies from 1-2 cups brown rice, spag, mashed potato, oatmeal; whatever is available

Just had my first pin today of test-cyp 250mg
didn't realise that the solution was 'sludgy' so drawing the solution took me longer than expected.
I used a G25 5/8 needle and thinking of switching to something bigger if I can find a G23 1''
Also took .25mg Adex after breakfast, would that be the best time to take it? or would it be more effective on an empty stomach?
the pin site's looking good so far no blebs, no irritation

Looks good!
Adex anytime really, as long as its the same time each day. Not to the minute, but generally the same time as it has a relatively short half life.

there's truly a difference.
I was working my thighs today and it felt like I could go on and on and the muscle soreness (post w.o) is so minimal that I still was able to use the stairs to and from my apartment. I feel the old me coming back. It feels so fulfilling. Although, I kept to my routine with 3-4 set 12-10 reps last set til failure. I just kept increasing weight til my target. will probably change my routine after a month. or if who do ever is reading this can suggest, feel free to do so..

a bit of update, who knows people might be reading this one day and could just be the answer they're looking for.
upped my Adex dose to .5 eod, felt some tenderness on my nipple and its a bit painful when rubbed.
other than that other stuff are well tolerated.
maintained my weight so far but gettting a slimmer, toned look and getting praises from people around me, will prbbly post pics in at the next update.
changed my work out routine for dec. I try to change it up every month to prevent plateau.

anyway, here are updates to my cycle
-added 35mg/day of Dbol for the last 4 weeks of my cycle; I know it should be a kickstart for these cycles but I feel pumping up before going to PCT and off cycle maximizes your chance of keeping what you've

-had my last test shot last Sunday 27/1/2013
-started 2 weeks off before PCT, want to rest my liver a bit too. will start PCT on Feb 11
-continued adex 0.5 eod til the start of PCT, just to prevent any gyno problems. (I've read that dealing with gyno is literally a bitch so might as well prevent it)
aside from everything above; kept my diet as clean as possible considering the past holidays and some parties.
surprisingly, I've maintained my weight
here I was ages ago (for comparison)
here are pics from pre-cycle fatty!, during cycle and the last pic was 30 mins ago.
I will continue to post here when there are significant changes

Ur arms definitely getting bigger but ull need to cut down eventually to get rid of the flab
