    did legs today

    squats: 305 x 8 , 315x8, 365x6, 405x2

    hack squats : 6 plates x8 3 sets nice an slow felt good

    leg curl; 170 x 8 4 sets

    calfs; 120 x 10 5 sets

    Front squats : 215x10 4 sets

    Hack squats: 7 plates x 8 4 sets

    Leg curl: 175x 8 4 sets

    Leg ex: 180 x8 4 sets

    Felt good today .. 215 is a pr on front squats for me .

    Weights was down to 204 today anyway I thought I was looking bigger today lol so I took a pic
