quick update -->
been out of the country for the last weekend having a great time and drinking more than I should. I will definetly keep the reports coming in. Deadlifted today and still managed to make it to 395 for 1 rep. I dont see myself gaining anything this week but instead recovering lol. I will post up updates as soon as I make strength/size gains.
I am going to stick to my 5x5 this week and switch to dropsets next week for my heavy compounds.
Sample dropset --> Bench press - 235*5 drop 205*8 drop 185*10. repeat for three sets
