    Work 50+ hrs a week and hit gym for 2hrs rafter work every night. Never sleep through the night, lucky to only wake up twice.... I almost always feel tired

    Took 10iu this morning, missed lifting after work. Played some 5x5 full court basketball instead. Some cardio good for the heart! Back in gym tomorrow for some back and shoulders.

    10iu in the morning. 10iu post workout. Hit shoulders, back and bis. Up 6lbs so far. I've added a little fat, but not too bad. I blame that on taking way too many Carbs the first week. I only need 4 to 5 per iu and was doing 7 or 8.

    Well I woke up late for work this morning, didn't use anything. Didn't even have time to get a protein shake. My breakfast consisted of 2 protein bars I had sitting in my desk. However, we made up for those lost calories at lunch by putting down 2900 calories of zaxbys chicken, fries, toast, cookies, and 2 dr peppers. Woooo. About stuffed right now. Hitting legs after work, stay tuned for workout update.

    may i ask why Insulin ?
    why not keep doing cycles until you get as big as you can with AAS and HGH and Peps then add slin...

    This morning was interesting. Took bg when I got up and it was 112. Was like wtf. Insulin resistance, must need to quit for 2 weeks. But I felt super dehydrated, so I drank 32oz of water and didn't eat for another hr. Checked it again, down to 90. So I guess it was just the dehydration

    Chest went good. Hit flat bb bench, incline and flat db bench, tricep pushdowns with the V Grip, tricep pulldowns with rope, cable flyes, db flyes, sitting skull crushers, and I think that's it.

    Strained something in my upper back. Deadlifted at a new gym and the deadlift platform was super bouncy. On 500, when putting the bar down it bounced and went to the left. Right upper back hurts. Ugh. Some bullshit.

    So the bar bounced to the right and you tried to yank it up immediately? I always reset after every dead for this exact reason... Plus it makes it harder.

    Would you say your diet was a bulk or somewhere just above tdee? I am thinking of giving slin a run during pct (30 on 15 off maybe) and beyond but my goal will be targeted more for keeping gains. Would you run the slin on its own in this manner (I know that is a little tough to answer because you are on Trt but what do ya think)?
