Been asked to log this. Im on a cruise dose of 200 test, so not really any aas in effect here. Ill update weight and post a couple pictures for start date. Going to be using 5iu apidra post workout. 10iu Hgh in the morning. Im somewhere around 205lbs at 10% bf currently. I've lost an inch on both legs over the last month so will be hitting them hard (Knee probs). I follow a powerlifting pyramid routine. Normally sets of 3 or 5. But also toss in some higher rep accessory exercises at the end of my workouts. I plan to do 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Goal is to add 5lbs in the first 3 weeks. Ill be back on a Tren /test/mast cycle mid february. So we should get 2 Slin cycles in before the cycle

Im 24. Its cool man, no kids for me. Needles don't bother me. Its a choice my gf and I made and im ok with it. Back to the log.

Alright back to the log, but I don't understand the rush into cruising at such a young age, this means it could potentially be forever... what are your goals? Just 5lbs in the first 3 weeks? You did not post much except what you are taking and that little goal. 3 weeks on and 3 off for how long? Will you continue this during your cycle in February?

Most likely will only use Slin during cruises. I powerlift and plan to deadlift a half ton within 5 years

Don't know shit about running Slin. . . But, geez bro. That is some serious weight you push. I just got to 350 or so on my deads and squats. And that shit feels extremely heavy. 700+ is just insane. 2x my max lifts < Fvck!

Thanks. Just a good central nervous system I guess. I started with 95lbs on everything and kept adding weight every workout until I peaked. Which on deads was around 405 when I weighed nothing. I did 525 at 175lbs before I even touched any gear.

208 lbs
Bg was 79mg after fasting for 5 hrs. And 66mg after gym.

Just woke up and checked it again, 99 this time. Which would cause this rise? Or just not worry about it since its still in normal range, and since it dropped during my workout yesterday. Which shows my body is releasing insulin to break down the glucose being used while lifting.
On another note, my sex drive has been even higher since I started my cruise. 3 weeks cruising and I still have random hard ons through the day... also taking Letro (1.5) which has my joints hurting pretty bad along with the Hgh. I know a few diabetics... As long as you are in Normal range just be happy, that's what I've learned from them. When it's low, you'll know because you feel sick... Too high is also bad but you don't get the same sick feeling.
Since u aren't diabetic, keep monitoring hardcore and as long as BG is in normal range, cheers!

Hit legs today. Not too heavy on squats, trying to nurse my knee back to health. So kept it light.
Squats:
135x10
225x5
315x5
405x5
Leg press:
4 plates x8
6 plates x5
8 plates x5
10 plates x5
Box squats:
135x10
225x5
315x5
405x3
Leg extensions 150lbs to failure
Leg curls 200lbs to failure
Pinned insulin in the car. Sipped my glycofuse down on the drive home. Bout ten min. Once home, Drank a 75r protein shake and pinned 5iu Hgh. Shower and head to logans steakhouse for dinner. If nursing a knee back to health maybe try sumo deads instead of squatting? Just to help the knee out quicker? Or drop heavy weight and do single leg exercises? What type of knee injury/problem?
I just want to say that it is great that you do so much weight, but you went from doing nothing to being one helluva powerlifter in 2.5 years (fastest way to sum up your story)... That kind of growth in such a short time is sure to be having some sort of impact on small tendons and ligaments... and what I have learned from injuries is this: the body tells you what not to do. If you are nursing a knee, nurse properly.

Hurt the knee from playing basketball, not lifting. Just aggravated a past injury. Forgot to mention that. Its my patellar tendon. I partially tore it last year and some meniscus in my left knee. Got flipped going for a dunk. Its never been the same. Yesterday it hurt on the warmup set with 135 but was fine after that. I haven't done squats in over a month because of it. Felt alright during that workout though. Lost an inch on each quad since thanksgiving. Bleh. Was up to a 585 squat. Must get back there. I hate sumo deads, so damn uncomfortable.

Yeah I hear ya. I've heard of gH doing magical things to repair injuries. It should help out.

Good lifts buddy. I started taking my slin w/me too. I keep it in my gym bag and do it in the locker room after workout.
Be careful w/that knee.

Did you taper up to 10iu's GH or start with that amount? and are you going to do the GH up to your planned aas cycle in Feb?

Was supposed to be my off day from lifting, but my basketball game was cancelled so went and hit a short 40min workout.
Machine lat pull downs, not the cables. 2 sets
Machine rows, not cables. 4 sets
3 sets of 8 on flat bench with 225
2 sets tricep pushdowns with flat bar
Again, pinned insulin and sipped my glycofuse on the drive home. Bout to chug my protein shake and got some pineapple chicken sitting out for my meal

Started at 5, then started using 10 a couple times a week. Now I use 10 on workout days and 5iu off days. Im not bloated or anything. Only real side I have is my hands hurt like hell. Its keeping me lean, I've been eating awful the last month. All kinds of chocolate and sugary crap after my meals.

Was a little shaky on deadlifts today. Unusual for me. Only went to 635. Hit some bench press and leg press. Skipped squats, I was beat. Got a little crazy and did 10iu of Slin today

Well I wanted to do 675. Not real sure why I was shaking. Like my legs were shaking without even lifting
