    Back day, 189# today.

    Wide grip pull ups to warm up
    Db pull over 90# (next week will be doing 100) Would like to find an alternative excersise to sub out this
    Bent over BB rows 185# 6x (felt good doing these, will be part of routine for next couple weeks)
    Wide grip seat rows 195# 6x
    close grip pull downs 185# 8x

    Finished with hyperextensions

    Just little update.

    Started winny on Monday. Feeling it already. Weight has started to stay right at 189. But also eating about 500 cals lowering and hitting cardio more now.

    Strength is still going up, and bf is lowering. Abs are coming back.

    No sides at all so far. Started winny at 75, might go for 100 next week and see how I feel.

    Just starting week 9. Been on winny for a week now. No sides weight is right about 190 consistently on a cal deficient diet.

    Winny is surprisingly strating new strength gains.....lift continue to go up. Did legs today....leg press used 16-45#'s for 8 reps.

    Vasculairty is through the roof....arms, chest, "V" area, even calves. BF is going down also.

    Might raise calories after seein what the winny can do, no sides joints feel good too.

    Havent had a chance to take any photos to update yet, so took this wuick one at the gym.

    Im not a big guy by any means but have been commented to a few times in the last couple week ( but by non lifters lol) for one my district manager asked me if I was on steroids lol. Other just comments on arms....makes me feel good but I don't see it actally.

    Cycle is going good, coming to an end soon, still no sides from winny or anything really.

    Winstrol IS a mild anabolic . It doesn't promote big strength gains, everyone is different. It is a compound mostly used for pre show and all through show if your diet is good. You can it does promote vascularity but , diet is key. It will hold your strength if you work hard making you hard as a rock.

    I use it at the end of cycles when I want to get that show ready look even if no-show. The Test will keep give you strength and the anabolic consistency we want and need to for the maximum synthesis. An all time favorite of my, but it also is a compound for me, and maybe not some others. Gotta know how to use any of the aas. Good luck ...crazy mik
