Weighed in at 223lbs
So I'm not really gaining any weight, although I am getting stronger. I do want to get to 230lbs but the amount I'm eating now isn't going to get me there. So I say down today and really tried to figure out how much I'm putting into my body and here it is.
Yesterday I had:
Fat/carb/protein
75.68/112.38/227.32
= to about 2,040 calories. (I forgot the egg whites)
I know I should be eating at LEAST 2,500-3,000 so I will start adjusting today.

Just did some research on the nutrition section and I will begin to closely monitor my carb intake and begin a clean bulking carb cycle. I'm not 100% sure but I think my maintenance locals per day are around 2200-2500 so this is how it's going to work.
Chest/Legs//Back days - High carb days (350g carbs)
Shoulders/arms/any light training - Moderate carb days (175g carbs, total calories are now roughly 2200~2400)
Off days - Low Carb day (mostly fibrous veggies, <50g starchy carbs, total calories are at roughly 1800~2000).Last edited by DanC11B; 06-05-2013 at 03:03 PM.

Originally I was going to go for 3,100 today but after a bit if research on carb cycling I'm going for 175g of carbs and about 2500 calls. Today is my off days and I will be aiming for just below maintenance levels; 2,000kcals on these days but was already at 1500 by 1pm so I'm not going to starve myself for the rest of the day. I'll just follow my moderate day macro for the rest of the day.

Hey, sorry for my absence, still alive and kicking. Just had a crazy week. Will post pics and stats up on Sunday when I have time. All I can say so far is people are starting to notice and comment on my size so I guess that's a good thing.

Sorry I've been away so long but long story short I broke up with my gf that I live with last Sunday and packed my shit n went to my parents house. We got back together by Thursday but needless to say my diet and training suffered that week. Anyhow, without further ado, I have a day1-day 30 picture here.
I'll have measurements and bf% posted at some point this week.
Now I know after 1 month I have seen other guys look much better on this forum. I know I could do much better but I will continue to improve my efforts as the weeks go on and keep everyone posted.

Just got my bf% checked with calipers last night and it was 15.25%. I know they're not always spot on but needless to say I did she'd some fat and as of today at the gym... I FEEL LIKE GOD!!! Holy shit, I feel undtoppable, my strength is incredible, endurance is infinite. I can't believe I feel this way with just test. Previous sus/test and test/tren cycles didn't make me feel this way. I guess it would've had I taken it as seriously as I do now, I swear if I took a picture today Id look better than that pic from just a few days ago, maybe I'll start posting them every 10 days or so.
On a side note, work is getting really busy and I feel like I can't come on here as often because I'm constantly going. But the flip side to this is that suddenly somehow I have the energy to fit the gym between both jobs on days where I'm actually working both jobs as opposed to taking a nap for those 3 hours, which is great because those days I can actually eat ALOT since I'm out and about for 20 hours. Haven't had a chance to take measurements yet but I will get to it ASAP, possibly add yet another photo on there.
I started at 215-220lbs and I think the quick jump to 225 was due to the prop. I've been trying my best to eat as much as possible but I'm down to around 221-222 now. But no worries, it's definitely all fat as I'm definitely getting bigger and stronger. Idk if I can eat what's required for me to reach 230lbs and have low bf% but so what right? If be happy with 220 or even 215 if I'm lean and strong as a bull. So I'm just going to keep things the way they are and let things run it's course.
So far the only negative thing is I ran out of test this week. I know I know I should have had all my shit ready but my source was nice enough to get the remaining bit of test he had left to sustain me for the week and he'll have my new bottle by next week. Only problem is there was only 1 n 1/2 c's worth left in that bottle so its 450g of test. I don't know how badly that kind of change can impact me but I'm hoping I won't even feel it. This week definitely feel the test in body is on the rise. I feel more aggressive, confident, stronger, bigger, faster, energetic and I'm breaking out finally. Next week I'll jump back on regular dosage and continue to look/feel good.
I never had a chance to go get bloodwork done but I started taking nolvadex ED instead of every other day and I'm pretty confident it was the exact adjustment I needed because I want to **** every thing I see right now. Still taking HCG EOD and ittl remain that way until 4 days before my last shot of test as instructed by other forum members. For pct I only have nolva but I'm trying to get my hands on clomid to combind for a more aggressive pct. will keep everyone posted

Ok, sorry I haven't been on guys but just been really busy.
I look good, I feel good. I'm eating really clean and loading up on carbs on days I know I'm burning a lot at the gym so apart from getting leaner, I'm also getting bigger/stronger. People are starting to notice and comment about my size.
But I have an issue...
Unfortunately I was never able to get my hands on any AI's so I've been taking 20mg Nolva ED, and 250iu's HCG EOD. Everything seems normal, no mood swings, libido is good, water retention is minimal.
Now I've been told that the best way to use HCG is during cycle up until 4 days before my last shot and it's what I intend on doing. Now I'm just wondering if I ever even come off of the nova or just continue it onto the PCT and then raise the dosage for the first week or 2? and should I even run HCG again during PCT to aid the nolva? sorry about this guys, I will be more prepare with clomid and arimidex next time but please help me this time

ok my source just told me if i order the clomid in bulk, he'll get it for me so i just got 100 pills of clomid and 100 of nolva for this pct. I'll have it by monday so this crises may have just been averted. Still, if anyone's reading, I'd like to know if I should wait 2 weeks after last pin to start the pct, if i should again include HCG to aid PCT and/or if I should just run PCT dosages immediately after my last shot.

I believe the best way to run your HCG and PCT is to carry on with the HCG after your last test pin until 4 days before you start PCT. PCT should be started 14 days after your last pin because until then your test levels will still be too high from the built up ester for the restart to do anything. The idea being that the HCG maintains the test producing capability of your balls to near max so that when the clomid does its stuff and stimulates LH and FSH secretion naturally again that signal will result in a decent amount of test being produced by you straight away rather than only 10% of the former levels until your balls ramp up again as would've happened if you hadnt run HCG. You need to stop the HCG before the PCT because it acts as a false LH signal (how it keeps your balls making test) so until it is gone your body wont produce its own even with the clomid.
Im not sure re whether to run nolva all the way through as most people use an AI for their on cycle estrogen and then stop it before PCT so maybe someone else knows, i think it would make sense to run it all the way through though.
Also nice progress so far, you can tell you've recomped quite a bit and dropped a good amount of bodyfat from your last pic and the before. Also is not easy to keep on top of everything either when working 2 jobs and having a weird time in personal life so kudos.Last edited by avl; 07-31-2013 at 07:51 AM.

Awesome work, especially the 30 day progress. Were you consistently at a caloric defecit? You've definately gained mass and lost a significant amount of fat.

this is old, sorry i abandoned this thread but in case anyone wondered what happened, i was built like an ox halfway through, i finished cycle and pct successfully. starting a new one in a couple weeks, ill start new thread.
