    Log:My First Ride Ever!!! (Testo E Only)

    Hello Everyone,

    Here i will make a log of my First Cycle and i will post some pictures of before and after soon.

    I am 28yrs old i am 1.73cm and i weight 85.5 kg at moment with 15-17% bodyfat and as i said i am doing my 1rst cycle after a lot reading out there.

    I want to get some muscles for 6 weeks and then to make some serious cut for the rest 8 weeks.I work out 5 days/week with 3 cardios in and my training goes like this:

    Training:

    Monday:Chest-Tri
    Thuesday:Back-Bi-Fore
    Wednesday:Legs-Shoulders
    Thursdayff
    Repeat


    CYCLE :
    Cycle plan:
    Week 1 to 12: Test E 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
    Week 1 to 12: HCG 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
    Week 1 to 14: 12.5mg ED (FROM DAY 2)
    CJC 1295 FOR 20 DAYS AT 100MCG ED BEFORE SLEEP

    Pct:
    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolvadex
    40/20/20/20

    SUPPORT SUPS:

    NAC 600mg ed
    Vit C 2g ed
    MultiVitamin ed
    Zinc 50mg ed

    So i made my 1rst pin before an hour ago in my right Quad IM with a 21G syr and it was really OK with no PIP and my 1rsrt HCG shot Sub Q!

    I have a Question for testo...now that i pinned i will get help like recovery,no muscle breakdown,etc from it or that will happen after weeks?

    Ok for now thats all if u want to ask me anything shoot it.

    Looks like a solid first cycle for me, I love reading the first cycles the most because they are always so good. Here is my two cents though, I tried CJC1295 (w/o dac) for a month and didn't notice much. I did sleep good and had crazy dreams, which isn't good for a combat vet. But I have always read it is best to run it for longer than that, just thought I would throw that out there as something to consider.

    I am not going to lie, no PIP in your quads for your first injection if pretty good. I wish my first quad pin was so good. I will clarify that a lot of people confuse the time it takes to see results and the time it takes for the test to start working. At this point your test levels are already higher than normal you your body is already undergoing the changes that come along with having test in your system. They won't be as prominent until you have more in your system but it is going to work right now. You might not see it or feel it for a bit, some people even swear they do not feel any different but I believe that if your gear is good then you will be able to tell eventually.

    Day 2

    I didnt got Aromasin yet I will get it when 24h pass from my pin.Still no PIP in right Quad so everything are Ok.I am feeling fine and I had a great sleep last night even it was for 5 and half hours cause I had to go to work.And i didnt used CJC yet.
    Currently Eating Meal 2 : Chiken/Almonds/Rice Cakes

    Thanks for the Reply Ranger.Well I had 1 last vial from CJC 1295 and i thought to use it with my cycle because it would me more beneficial for me.I know that i need more if i want to see more but I have to consider the cost.
    Well that was my first reaction no PIP?just a small tight and that was it.I guess lucky me.
    I know that Testo peaks at 24H and I know I am not gonna see gains before some weeks but I thought if Testo peaks that means i get beneficial from it.(recovery,etc)
    My Gear is Pharma Grade and I cant say I am feeling anything now but I didnt expecting anything because is too early.Just a small notice I cut my finger yesterday trying to open Pregnyl Solvet and I feel like it healing too fast but maybe it's in my mind

    Day 4

    Ok guys day 4 today and everything looks good so far.I trained Back and Biceps today morning and awesome but I have really big pain in my right Quad cause of Saturdays football but it seems to healing fast so I hope I can do some cardio and leg day in this week.

    Currenlty eating Meal 4 : Chicken,rice,almonds

    So far no CJC1295 used but i will start it today.Tommorow I am going for second pin HCG and Testo and I have Aromasin dose to 12.5mg daily so far and no sides and feeling good but....I want to ask experienced people here I feel good but should I go check my E2 in 2 weeks or w8 more like 5-6weeks to do so?

    I never dosed my Ai that high - most I do is EOD & that was when I was putting down a G of test per week. All without sides


    The best way to handle you e and your Ai dose is with blood work though. If you can, get it - It will just give you a much better idea of what's going on.

    But, it looks like you're off to a damn good start


    I am still too pvssy to hit my quads. I just stick to rotating upper body


    With just test, you won't feel much directly. But, it will be noticeable by the end of week 2 or so


    Your muscle fatigue post workout will be close to zero compared to being natty. I am running under 200mg a week now & it's still night & day. I can kill myself at the gym & be close to perfectly fine the next day.

    Thanks for the reply Samson I know from reading here in forum that the best way to control E is throught bw but I asked because I felt it may be to soon 2 weeks for BW because it may not be E stable in my system yet.U used Aromasin too or different AI?
    Hahaha I feeling realy comfortable to hit Quads I dont know why but it happens
    Sure I am looking forward to see that happening when Testo kicks in and I will hit all muscle groups twice a week in Gym.

    Yeah, I'd wait till about a month to get BW


    That's the only Ai I use since I get it in Pharma strength. I just don't get BW as often as I should

    Day 5

    Hey guys Day 5 and I got my 2nd Pin of Testo in left Quad but...I had to try twice cause I hitted a nerve and then I tried my right Glute and guess what...hitted nerve there too and my ass was shaking like Shakira's,I pulled out the 21G and then after 2-3 min I went back to left Quad with more cofident this time I squeezed muscle and put 21G in and everything were fine with no PIP just a little pressure while I was Injecting.HCG injected SUB Q in abs and I decided not to use same Ampoule twice cause I have a bad feeling that its gonna contaminated in fridge cause its opened from top and not sealed like a vial.I know too much stuff waste but its cheap and I can handle it so I want to have my head safe.

    Training :
    Shoulders
    Fore-arms
    Cardio 20 min

    Currently Eating meal 4 : Chicken 150g /Potatoes 200g

    No sides so far everything looks ok.I got 100mcg CJC 1295 last night and I had a really good sleep for 9 hours.

    I am looking forward to start seeing the difference when Testo kicks in for good.And in 1 hour for now I am gonna take my Aromasin 12.5 dose with fats.
    From tomorrow I will start taking my NAC and Zinc cause I had a lack of them these days.

    Day 12

    Ok guys I am back from short holidays and i am running Day 12 in my cycle.
    Today I pinned my left Quad with a 23G thats hell way more easier and comfortable that 21G.No PIP.Also HCG 250mg Sub Q dosed.So for now I dont have any sides at all and I also keep my Stane dose to 12.5 mg daily.
    I start feeling a bit different the past 2 days and I have seen my body more full at Chest after Thursday work out and I am feeling I have raised Lambido than normal.
    I have Androgenic Alopecia that I inherit from my Father it's on early stage so far but since Testo increase DHT and my hair may start dropping Quicker can u suggest me something to slow it down?
    I trained today Back/Bi/Fore-Arms and hitted them really well especially Bi's were too big even after an hour out of gym.
    My Diet is really n track except Sunday that I made some food sins but its ok cause I need it.

    Day 13

    Day 13 today and I am feeling really good I think like I said yesterday something to happening so I am looking forward to.(Sex Drive Going Really Up)

    I trained Chest/Tri today and hitted them really well especially Chest I thought it could exlpode my skin.LOL didnt happend!I felt it later in day when I didnt had enough Carbs and my energy was running low so I got some more Carbs and I am good now.

    I am about to get Meal 4 thats Chicken and Almonds and sit back and watch some TV for the rest of the day!

    About my hair I am gonna use Nizoral shampoo and hope it will slow it down.Also got my Stane Dose at 12.5mg,

    Just Some Nutr Info:
    I eat 6-7 meals /day with around:
    P:240-300g
    C:150g-250g
    F:80g

    After 1 May I will Carb Cycle with a 3 Moderate Days 3 Low Days And 1 High(Refill day)
    A Question that I have is that when I will have the 3 low days I may train in there 2 times so how I will stand with out carbs these days?or should I gets some carbs after training Only?

    So Day 15 today I am feeling good cause I had some fever the past 2 days nothing serious bad yesterday was really nightmare for me I felt like crap all day but I overcame it and now I am good so tomorrow I will train again.I wont pin today I will do it tomorrow cause I have a little issue with time at work.
    So today is a total rest day and even 2 days past from my Chest workout I feel the pain too much,I hit it too hard I guess!
    Nutrition today is all about Protein and Fats I ate a little Pasta when I woke up and thats all the Carbs for Today!
    Still I cant see any side from Testo and I hope I wont but for now I am good.

    Ok guys Day 18 today and things are going really well so far.Still I had no sides and I like it so i want everything to stay us they are for this part only !I am more clean than Day 1 that I started my Cycle ofc diet is a part but in the other hand the con is that I didnt lost weight.My chest is looking fuller and defined and my shoulders are more defined like my Bi's the other parts did noticed much.
    From today I started a Carb Cylce diet to lose fat but I still wonder if it's ok to do a Low carb day while making a training that day like Chest/Bi's/.If anyone can give an advice that would be nice.
    My Plan is : 3 Moderate Carb Days/3 Low carb days/1 High Carb

    So today I trained Chest only cause I will sleep late at morning because I will working.
    I smashed Chest again at gym till fail and I think this gonna hurt for couple of days!
    The Negative today is that I forgot to take my Aromasin dose but I will get it asap go to home!

    Did I said that Labido is Skyrocketing!!!hahahaha!
    Looking forward to see some strength gains now!!!

    I really wanna sleep now and not to work!!!grrr

    To reduce DHT you have finasteride and dutasteride, finasteride being the one ussually used to androgenic alopecia. I take finasteride at 1mg ED with no sides that I notice, although some peeps are scared of it cause potential sides.
    Dutasteride is a new drug, it is not FDA approved for alopecia. But some studies indicate being superior to finasteride as it blocks type 1 and 2 of the enzyme 5-alfa-redutase (which is responsible for the DHT conversion), finasteride only blocks the type 2 enzyme.~
    If you decide to take finasteride don't take more than 1mg ED, maybe even 0,5mg is as effective as higher dosages.

    Day 22

    Ok guys Day 22 i didnt wrote last days cause I had a little to no time!
    So things are going well so far I dropped my bodyfat in the % that I like before I go hard down to 6-7% I am eating really clean all time and trying my best not to decline u know temptations are too many!
    3 Weeks past so far so I thing Testo kicked in or it will in few days.So on that I have noticed are gains in Chest(part that I give more attention) and drop in BF generally,I didn't noticed any strength gains so far,I have a Labido like 10 teenagers and I have no sides thats truly good!
    I am going to take my Aromasin 12.5mg dose in a while!My last inj at Thuesady was the best I didnt felt anything in my left Quad!Not even the day tommorow!
    About training I reschedule my week prog and I think its better so I can hit Chest twice!
    Training today was : FST7 prog for Shoulders and did some train to ForeArms too!!!That 7 last sets are like hell with that 30 sec rest period!

    Food today is high Protein and low carbs moderate Fats!

    Ok guys day 26 and things going pretty well as I can say.Dropping down in BF while maintaining muscle tissue and I can say I have gained muscle too!
    Today I pinned my Testo shot at left Quad as usual and no PIP I also started to feel more cofident while injecting and I did my HCG shoot also Sub-Q!
    Aromasin dose is still at 12.5mg and getting it once per day and so far NO sides!Ok its getting boring but I have to say it!LABIDO is on FIRE!!!
    Also yesterday that I hitted really heavy at Gym I saw increase in strength and I lifted weights that never done before!!!Was pretty cool!

    Today didnt went to Gym cause like I said before I reschedule my training prog to Full Body routine so I hit each muscle group 3 times while I am training Mon-Wen-Fri-Mon.Its a 4 Phase Full Body Routine!

    Food today is low carb and high Protein moderate in Fats!
    For Sup's to recap a little I use Vit C,Nac,Animal Pak,Whey Protein,Casein,Zinc.

    Glad to hear of your progress. If you like the strength and libido now, just wait a couple more weeks - insane.

    If I understand correctly that you are training each body part 3 times a week, be careful of overtraining. Test can cut down recovery time; but it doesn't turn you into superman. We stimulate the muscle by training, but we grow when we rest. Just something to consider if you find yourself feeling tired, unmotivated or hitting a plateau.

    So Day 27 things are going pretty well with no sides.Also I noticed again that strength increace at gym so wasn't just for 1 day!
    Today I had a killer training session before a while as I finished my 2nd Phase of my Full Body Routine plus some HIT and feeling great!
    I just ate my Goji Berries and half Apple with my shake and this combination is what I most like in my daily meals!
    So later I will get some chicken with whole meal pasta and some almonds to fuel me up!!!

    I have a Question that came in my mind when I woke up and more exprerienced member can answer me:So when the time comes and I start my PCT I will then have labido and I will be able to do sex?

    I am not more experienced than you, but I have read quite a bit about this. You should be able to perform ok, perhaps the feeling will be a little desensitised but you'll be physically capable. But it is likely you wont be all that interested until everything comes back online. You should still be able to satisfy your girl and you'll get enjoyment out of it, but sex just won't be foremost on your mind. This is my understanding of it. Hope that helps.

    Day 39

    Ok guys Day 39 and things are going well except that I went a trip for 7 day and my diet went back and also I think I got some gyno!My biggest fear came true and I am a bit sad!
    It started when I was in the Hotel I felt some irritation in my left nipple so started to touching around my chest and I found something like a little orb(isnt behind the nipple but at the inner chest side),its really small but isnt my muscle fibers is like accumulated fat/mass but if I touch it or pressure it it doesnt pain(right chest doesnt has it)!So today I started Ralo at 60 mg/day and I will double up my Aromasin dose!and I will go for BW in this week to check my E2 lvls!

    About other sides I didnt noticed or have anything!
    My labido is still really high and I noticed today in the Gym some real strength at Incline Benche Press!
    About my Diet I have organized it again since I had my trip and I rolled back a bit or maybe a lot!(my opinion)

    Day 44

    Day 44 everything rolling as I would like so far since I have no sides and I feel pretty good with my strength and Labido!

    These past 5 days I had some really nice workouts cause I trained to the maximum and I was satisfied my performance cause last week I was on a trip and I didn't trained!
    My diet is back on track and I follow a protocol of Low(around 50g Carb) at non Training days and Moderate(150-200g Carb) at training days!Protein is high and I adjust my fats depending on the days of training!

    I have dome my BW and E2 was at 35 but I was taking double dose for a week before my BW so I will keep it at 25mg/d my Aromasin in 2 doses!Also I stopped Ralox!Cost goes up but I will afford it!
    My hematocrit went to 44% and pre-cycle was 39% and my Liver prices were just a bit higher than normal SGOT(AST) 41 range <34 and SGPT(ALT) 50 range 10-49
    and γ-GT 12 range <73!Kidneys were good!

    So that's it for now have all a nice day!I am going to sleep!Cya!!!

    Thanks for the updates, sorry to hear about the lump you found. Hope it turns out to be nothing or better still goes away. I also noticed sensitive nipples early on in my cycle and instantly doubled my AI dose. So far the sides have faded away but I'm constantly checking my chest and nipples for signs of change.     Not sure since the pics are not best quality, but looks like your back needs much more work than the rest of the body and if you don't train it now when on cycle you might suffer later a lot.
