    Shoulders Cavs Forearms

    Not including warmups and cardio
    db delt front raises with 40lbs set of 10
    Lat side raises with 30lbs set of 10
    Standing shoulder press 45lbs set of 10
    Cav machine raises with 45lbs set of 12
    forearm curls with 30lbs set of 10
    db delt front raises with 45lbs set of 8
    Lat side raises with 35lbs set of 10
    Standing shoulder press 45lbs set of 10
    Cav machine raises with 90lbs set of 10
    db delt front raises with 45lbs set of 10
    Lat side raises with 30lbs set of 10
    Standing shoulder press 45lbs set of 10
    Cav machine raises with 90lbs set of 10

    I ran out of energy to do my full forearm workout so ill impliment the lost reps later this week...

    Ive cut out all fat in my diet except for egg yolks and flaxseed oil(2x normal dose)
    Cut is working excellent! I almost bought some var the other day but this diet is working so well I don't think it will be necessary at all :)

    Thanks man, gains are still coming so fast its almost unreal... I put up 45lbs Delt front raises today for like 30 reps and I swear I could have done the 50lbs if I had tried from the first or second set!
