Sus250/var cycle
cycle plan goes as follows:
1-12 - 500mg sus e/w
5-12 - 75mg var e/d
1-12 - 500iu hcg e/w (may run up to 3-4 days before
1-12 - .25mg adex eod or less (i'm very sensitive to this) stopping 1 day after last hcg pin
I am open to suggestions in regards to my pct plan with nolva but for now it'd be:
80/40/40/20/20
I'm 28 y/o
6'2''
221-225lbs
20%ish BF (I'll try to bring it down to 15% before my first pin, I love pizza way too ****in much)
been lifting for about 8 years now with a few breaks in between due to injures or life circumstances.
this would be my 5th cycle.
this is me last month
will try to add a current picture tomorrow and another pre-cycle
been natty now for 6 months AFTER PCT
if anyone cares to know my 1rm for bench, squat n deads are:
bench - 285
squat - 335

was going to start first pin on april 4th but i've been out of the gym for 2 weeks now because of major renovations going on at work. so i might push start date back a few weeks to make sure I have already been at gym consistently for about a month. I start chest tomorrow march 15th, will keep going natty until april 15th (I'll try but i might say **** it if im feeling real good).
I've been noticing a little bit of an anterior pelvic tilt from a side view and I definitely want to correct that before I get started to avoid any back injuries as I have sustained in the past.

question for anyone who might be able to lend some advice. I have some prop left over from last cycle, I read somewhere of someone who did this same cycle, except for in the last 3 weeks be subbed in prop for the sus so he could start his PCT sooner, is this a good Idea? seems like it to me, unless im missing something

Test is test so 500mg of any test is equivalent to 500mg of any other test
Clomid isn't hard to find, I suggest look harder

not a pretty sight I know. I promise it's the lighting! I still have a month til I start so you'll be seeing me tighten things up as best i can

all il be taking as far as supps go are amino acids, protein, fish oils and liv support

pecs looking nice and thick, hit those shoulders hard, they need popped out more to match the thickness of your pecs, keep those arms getting beasted too

first pic was march 4th, 2nd pic is march 25th. I'm not on cycle yet, just trying to get in slightly better shape before I start. @ taxman you were right, i kept looking and i got the clomid. I was gnat start April 15th but now that I literally have everything I'm kind of anxious to start and considering just starting on april 4th instead. we'll see, but for anyone watching....I have access to winstrol as well and I'm kind of curious to see how it would work with me. What do you guys think? should I incorporate? or stick to original plan?

yeah about the pix, I know its not a big difference but I'm not making DRASTIC changes, just slight ones so I don't lose my effn mind

Id stick to the original plan
Your not fat, but there is too much bodyfat to benefit from winstrol , its best used when the bodyfat is like 10-12%, you would maybe get some strength gains from it but to be honest, its probably more a waste of product given your current condition, maybe try it when your leaner

I've got all kinds of gear here recently. How do I know what's a good reputable company? Not fishing at all. But I just got a bunch of Izon and WFN (Wellness Fitness Nutrition) gear. Is that good stuff?

Just started my first pin on the 4th, sry havent been on here to update, been really busy at work, and a newborn at home and a hormonal wife but I have been able to stay relatively healthy, with the exceptions of a few binge days here and there. I definitely see more definition in my mid section and I am stronger today than 2-3 weeks ago (all natty). Next time I have a chance I will post some pictures and they would be considered my "Day 1 " pics
