    I love reading your posts. So informative and detailed, I love that. I am really interested in carb up days like you do, but since I just starting introducing carbs back in, I am going to let my body adjust to that first then incorporate my ideas like yours!

    My forearms got so pumped and shot half way the session, the palm grip was just completely out of control, I had no choice but to use straps... I need to invest in these hook-straps in near future as my leather straps are waste of time to wrap-around every time...

    Feeling good, depleted weak but good...sipped on my protein shake while doing cardio and watching damn star wars haha ... and will now hit the shower and straight to the bed.

    Really looking forward to tomorrow (already tomorrow has come but not till I wake up haha) legs workout and start carbing up from mid-day tomorrow and all day Thursday

    Macros:
    I just ordered straps myself. Heard they work great! I still have yet to feel the 'pump', I can't wait to actually feel that.

    Dang sounds super intense! I don't like feeling so swollen. I hate that feeling actually. Hope you killed your cardio today!!!!

    Cardio went no problemo, still had lots of endurance left, but weird thing I have observed today, can this be a cause of lowT or what not I dont know but I suspect so(or could be ketosis switch-over...). Its been good 2-3 weeks since last time jerkedoff, and well pulled it once yesterday and once later today and in the morning my mood (not from a desire to do so but more of a curiosity if it will improve/fix my shitty mood) was all well and fine, but then half mid day today shit started to get weird and I even started to question myself all kinda weird shit like being semi depressed paranoid mood... so I guess if however slow my test is climbing naturally (if it was at all), me hitting ejac causes some dopamine crash or something as I suspect due to lowT or whatever happens... I dont even know .. that sucks. Even I notice my thoughts and thinking is just all over the place, like being high and mega-multitasking overthinking going on right there between my ears...All of a sudden stupid desires like for a junk food and ditching my diet just creeps in but I have enough will power yet to not think about it and continue with my plans and my day.
    Anyone any experience/similar situation ever?

    Barbell Flat Bench Chest Press: 10 x 50S / 6 x 50S
    Chest Cable Flies: 10 x 40F / 8 x 40S
    Rear Delts Dumbbell Raises: 10 x 10F / 6 x 10S
    Front Delts Dumbbell Raises: 10 x 10F / 6 x 10S
    Side Delts Dumbbell Raises: 10 x 10F / 6 x 10S
    Triceps Cable-Bar Pulldowns: 10 x 28F / 6 x 28S
    Triceps Cable-Rope Behind Head Raises: 10 x 10F / 6 x 10S

    1h cardio post workout 439kcal burnt



    PS: I started taking clomid 12.5mg (actual clomid) from today and I wonder should I take 12.5mg EOD or ED? What your opinions? In 12h of taking I already got few places pop up with acne, so it gotta be working.
    Havent been following that much, but you will use clomid as trt?

    382...well, i red someplace that in the range 300-1000 there will be little to none differences when it comes to muclebuilding and strentghincrease possibilities. But fatloss will be easier if you are at the upper side.

    Dont know if i believe that one, but i remember it was a serious source...guess google the terms and you will find it.
