best cycle of my life
i've got one more pin in my most recent cycle, for which i've experienced the best gains of my life...
12 weeks: 200 mg tren a + 150 mg mast eod and 100 mg test cyp 2x/week
beginning stats: 53, 6'3", 225, ~12% bf
ending stats: 53, 6'3", 245, ~12% bf
i've used bench as my strength metric... went from 4 @ 315 to 11 @ 315 (will go for 12 friday, day after my last pin).
i'm on trt so will go right to 100 mg test cyp 2x/week
only problem is my wife thinks i'm too big... doesn't she get it?!? ;-)
any suggestions on how to keep gains?

If I was you I would not land directly to 100 x2 I would rather tapper down to that over next 2-3 weeks and keep clean diet going with slight surplus and modest cardio and I feel you should be fine.

Keep being consistant with everything you have been doing eating, training and sleeping. Don't let anything slip. Make sure you increase your cals to maintain the new tissue you have built and keep on pushing to increase more. HGH is one of the best chems to use to keep gains, infact its remarkable.

How were the sides? 600 mg tren weekly is higher than I have ever done.
What did your diet and training look like?

kel. i'll double tren next time and work on both. ;-)
oldns... sides were amazingly light. i didn't have serious night sweats this time (3rd tren cycle), bw showed high alt and ast, but i adjusted per advice from here (i think it was some medication i was taking as much as the cycle).
diet was about 4500 cal/day about 40:30:30 P:F:C, but i wasn't that diligent honestly
workout was 6 day cycle:
D1: Shoulders + Trap
D2: Hips, Hams, Calves
D3: Chest + Tri
D4: Glutes, Quads, Calves
D5: Back + Bi
D6: Rest
HIT (double drops) for all upper body, hams, quads, calves
10-20 reps for rest of lower body - still recovering from hip replacements.

that's funny what your wife said...my wife was checking me out the other day and I said not bad huh? and she hit me with "I don't want you getting too perfect"...wtf is that? that's impossible, that's what I've been chasing for 20 yrs...besides after 23 years of being a loving faithful husband I'm obviously not going any wares...but yea they don't get what drives us...

incredible results from what you listed but to be honest I can't really tell much from your pictures, its almost like your hiding your gains! lol
good job though, incredible to gain 20lbs and keep the same bf%. very impressive
