    213 - it's time to grow a bit - LoG

Weighing in this AM @ 213 - this will be my baseline

Waist is right under 34" - no gut here
    Bi's Cold are at 18.5"

Currently in week 3 of a Mast / Test / Tren Ace Cycle

Sust - 420 Tren Ace - 360 Mast Prop - 540 Winni 25-50mg(50 is rare on very heavy lifting days)
    Test Prop - 360

    Total Test 780

All shot together EOD - the mast p, tren ace & test prop is a combo shot - sust is 350mg per ML UGL brew, so is the 150mg per ML Mast Prop

    HG HCG @ 250iu every 3rd day

    Current supps & meds:

Beet Juice/Celery Cocktail in the morning
Pomegranate Juice a few times a week
1tsp a day of Rapsflower Honey
    3G's of L Arginine daily
    CoQ10
    Hawthorn Berry Extract 2x daily
    750mg SloNiacin Daily
    Fish Oil Daily
    81mg Aspirin daily
    Liv 52 2x a day
    Abana 2x a day
    NAC Daily
A teaspoon a day of Red Yeast Rice Powder
    5mg of Cialis daily
    2G's of Vitamin C
    12.5mg of xTane EOD
    .125mg of Caber every 4th day(or less)
    Nolvadex (currently 30mg a day)
Mild EC Stack - 12.5mg of E in the AM with coffee

    Diet is A+

Running about 50/25/25 < trying to push this into 60+%20/20 @ 3,500 cals a day(3,500 cals a day feels like shit. I am full 24x7, considering doing mid sleep eating now)

Lifting 5-6x a week, pushing myself pretty hard now - watching for joint/ligament pains

BP is very decent(since now I running so much homeopathic supplements) - AM is 135-/75 - mid day is still higher than I'd prefer 150/75+ < It's the tren, I am starting to toss and turn while sleeping & I am def sweating way more than usual

This is more of log for myself than anything - I haven't had any "real" progress in about a year or so. Just maintained - which is enough in itself. But, I am looking to run and ramp this up into 220+

I will be updating this post with more info of what I am currently running & what not.

And there's that - worked picked back up like no other within a week. Really didn't see it coming & was kinda looking forward to living at the gym all summer long.

I'm back to 6 day a week work schedule - on my time, but still

It still factual - working, making $ & doing all family stuff still comes before lifting & myself. . . . And in my work, it's either busy as shit - or, I'm dying looking for something to do.

Glad to see you're still on the RYR! I've been mixing mine in a couple oz's of warmed up milk lately. Mixes slightly better and blunts the taste a bit as well, which is quite hard to do....

Whore - back down to 214.5

I damn near can't put on LBM during the summer. It's hot as hell out here & working for 6+ hours a day in 110 degree heat makes me burn calories like no other as well as fvck up my appetite.

Tren & mast are def doing their summer thing. Lean as ever - or just about & still weighing in at my highest. . . Still good enough

Same shit - nothing to report aside from the juice "just working"

I am barely holding my weight - the damn heat that I work in kills my appetite & makes me tired as fcuk - it's a solid 115+ damn near every day.

I suppose bulking will be best to be done in the winter

Still at 215 - waist is right under 34", bi's are 19" flat

So much for taking the summer off - oh well. As always - real life shit comes 1st

And I didn't agree - but, I'd love to see that next step - bigger & leaner

It just takes time & effort - which again has been getting a bit back logged. . . . I just haven't been having the time again - its a tough balance

Now, I'm finally starting to add some weight. Pulled back the tren ace, tapered down the mast & test. Gonna pull it all the way down to a TRT dose, get BW then get on a mild test/Deca /dBol run this winter.

Standing at 217 right now. . . I can def feel 225-230 by the end of the year

Well, I'm off for another blood donation-

I'm using this just for something to refer back to - instead of starting a new thread

Running my test right under 1k(total test on last BW was 944) + 80mg a day of dBol (I was gonna do Deca too, but decided to hold off for now).

Weight is up to 222 - I think I'm going to try for 230 by the end of the year. . . Prob that I'm seeing is that a lot of it is water & nothing more.

We'll see - but, since it's cooling down out here & work will def give me more free time in the 4th quarter of the year - I'm thinking I can add at least a few keepable Lbs.

    The never ending cycle continues

Came off everything but test for about 2 months. Started some HG Deca & dBol a few weeks back.

Pushing right over 220 now, but I feel a tad watery at times.

Have been running GH for a few months now with nothing but GI complications. No more GH, no more complications. Maybe I'll come back to it later, but it sure did not settle well with me so far. Click image for larger version.

if you still have the GH sitting around, try dosing it AFTER your last meal of the day. you'll have high GH blood serum for a few hours and then go right into a fasted state for hours more. this may keep it from interfering with your GI

I give up, for now at least. My wife is on a weight loss bender, so I gave it to her. The whole time she's been taking it, I feel fine & so does she.

If GI is listed as a side effect on a med, I am damn near guaranteed to get it pretty bad.
