If you can't commit 100% to working out and dieting properly, using steroids is a complete waste.
It also looks like you have some pre-existing gyno that is bound to get worse with aas use.

my diet needs alot of work...i really need to change it around
7:00am: i have a bowl of cerial or a few eggs with toast or sometimes even just a protein shake
10:00am: usually have a sandwich some yogurts and piece of fruit and sometimes i throw in a can of tuna
lunch: usually i have a chicken breast with some rice and again a few yogurts
6:00pm:i'll have half a roasted chicken done on the bbq sometimes a whole chicken depending on how hungry i am i usually have that with some potatoes or rice
10:00or11:00pm i'll just have a protein shake
my diet is all over the place and most of you guys are probably thinking ''what the **** is this guy doing'' but like i said sometimes i just dont have the time so i work with what i have
my body weight is at 212lbs 6'3''ish tall...thanks for all your input

All your problems lie in this diet mate. your right its terrible. I would start from scratch and put yourself a good diet together or you will not get anywhere.... And as for "dont have time" I work two jobs both of which are positions of high responsibility that demand much time. I support a family, There is always time to eat you are just being lazy and cheating yourself out of muscle growth.

You definitely lost some fat as your abs are now visible but as far as gaining muscle I don't see much change. Then again you said it yourself you haven't really applied yourself so your results won't be drastic.

I would include red meat in my diet but only for one or two meals a day. You should also include fish and white meat daily.

i have several different meats in the diet a day, it keeps things varied.
As for your pics, in the years since the thread started you seem to have dropped fat but not gained muscle, steroids should be the last thing on your mind.
Good luck

Protein Shakes are a must. To build quality muscle you must consume as much protein as possible. Shakes are an easy way to get that. 40 grams of whey in the morning and PWO is an easy way to get 80 grams.

No, they are not a must. Protein shakes are not as great as many think. Whole food is better for muscle anabolism. Protein shakes are also digested to fast. And besides, i can eat a chicken breast faster then i can reasonably drink a protein shake (unless i slam it) and 2 chicken breasts can be anywhere from 80 grams to 120grams depending on how big they are. The protein powder is a good additoin to a natural shake after the gym IMO, like say, 1 cup oats, 3 raw egg whites, 2tblsp natty peanut butter and 1tblsp flaxseed oil with milk and a scoop of whey protein is good. But like stated, whole food is better.

When you're taking in over 400 grams a day I find it hard to eat only whole foods such as chicken, lean beef, fish, when bulking because I don't want more than 4000 or so cals. I agree though, best to get the majority of your protein from good whole foods but whey and casein help
