Just run test only. Either cyp or enanthate for your first cycle

you need a few solid years of training and dieting before you think of using aas. you are not even close to being ready to cycle. this is not a flame.

No kiddin man...dont cycle s h i t until about 3 more years...when you struggle and i mean like actually struggle like you are liftin hard and eating over 3600 calories a day and hardly growing anymore THEN go on a cycle...until then research research and research all you can about the sport of bodybuilding...and by the way if you were to cycle, dbol and deca would be a horrible choice...NO TEST, NO CYCLE. good luck with the training bro i look forward to seeing your results in future pics.

I am going to have to agree with everyone, based on what i have been told. I have been working out about 6 years total (4 serious) and people tell me not to do it yet. You need to get your diet down and your workout routine set a bit more than 3 months worth. Most likely you would end up hurting yourself more than anything.
As far as having good genetics or just wasting your time. No one here could tell you, because you are a relativly untouched canvas no one here knows how you grow and what you will look like after training seriously. Keep with it do what makes you happy. Just because you cant beat arnold now doesnt mean that it isnt worth shooting for.
By the way what are your stats height weight etc? and what are your goals? That might help some people to give better feedback.

no offense mate but u av a lot to learn, by the looks of ur b4 and after pics, that 20lbs is mostly fat. Visit the workout and diet forums and get ur training and diet sorted, having just started, the improvements ull make with a solid diet and training program will be vast.

the difference between what you and JamesC's idea of bulking is quality vs quantity. You need to bulk up good things tons of protein especially. Diet does not necessarily mean that you will get skinny. Diet simply refers to what you consume on a daily basis.

yeh i didnt mean diet as in lose weight i meant eat a lot, but eat the right foods. U can continue eating the same amount of calories or even more, but clean up ur act, cut out the empty calories and concentrate on quality foods like sincityman sed. Whe i say quality foods i mean foods like lean cuts of meat, whole pasta, brown rice, wholemeal bread and fibrous veggies. Eating a lot of calories doesnt have to mean eating a lot of crap. Read the sticky by mike xxl in the diet forum, some very gd info there, and u onli av to look at him to see this kind of approach pays dividends.

A good rule of thumb is wait untill you have large, visable deltoids and have built them naturally! Once you have them, youve trained long and hard enough to begin contemplating the "gear"

no, u gotta understand bodybuilding nutrition is completely different than nutrition for normal people just tryin to be healthy, like i sed b4 go to the diet forum on this site, and ull get sorted there, a gd idea wud b 2 start a thread outlining ur goals and post an example of ur diet on 1 day, and others will give u advice on things u cud improve etc.

To be honest I prefer 3-4 times/week. I believe 5-6 is over training and your not getting enough rest. Your body needs rest in order for it to grow. I don’t like your workout schedule at all .you work on 1 body part a day? It's best to do 2 body parts/day. For example this is something like my schedule
You don’t have 2 necessarily do it like this but its just a example
Monday - triceps/Chest
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Back/Biceps
Thursday - Rest
Friday - shoulders/traps
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Legs/cardio/Abz
