    Well I'm not a bodybuilder, but I reckon I'm doing alright even still. I look really small unless you expand the bloody pic

    I definitely need to get more meat on the midback, traps and lats and that is what I'm working on. Damn, all those dead spots. I can't imagine what a 500mg Test e cycle would do to my acne

    Flexor, test doesnt do wonders to you .. infact it does nothing for some people .. its just the diet and the training .. and if your body works well with the test then yes it will give u better gains .

    DON't WORRY, I have no intention of ever cycling. I can tell you about 5 reasons why I wouldn't. I think I would gain little from cycling at the stage I am at anyway, and that is a good enough reason.

    I was talking about the spots anyway, not about what test would do the mass of my back! Sorry bro, bad wording, I've edited it now

    Hey LAW!

    You've got a good thing going on there.

    I've a question for you.

    When doing lat pull downs and cable rows (providing you do either or both), do you pinch your traps and shoulder blades like you've done in the pic you provided?

    Why i asked is because it's a common mistake.. and it robs most trainers of lat-development. (tho it gives way to great trap development)

    Here's a posing tip (i know you didn't request one)... try to consciously relax your shoulder girdle when posing... when you've accomplished this, try to roll your shoulders foward without tensing your scapulae.

    That was before I started training the right way (The HIT WAY) and stopped overtraining.....lots of growth since then......I really should get more shots

    Not much but i'll join. I love training back but i'm recovering from a herniated disc about 3 months ago. Can't do any deadlifts, row's etc... Just chins and lat pulldowns. see attachment

    Am I too late? Took these 2 pics 5 minutes ago just for your thread Nark. Keep in mind this is me bulking at 207 8%. When I get down to about 5% then you can really see the definition.

    Enormous isn't the word. Takes me so much to put on some quality LBM but typically my slow gains allow me to keep 90%+ post cycle.

    You look good Chest, I know you're new to the actual usage end of the darkside. You have plenty of time buddy, glad to see you don't rush into anything like most have and do....................

    Enormous/Huge you look pretty damn big either way. Hopefully I can lay off the darkside until the beginning of the next new year, I want to do things right and not rush into them like you said.

    my wide ass, just started doing heavy back and deads.

    Just really started going heavy on every thing. I can do at least 7 good pullups wide grip unassited. At 260 that ain't so bad. I would imagine. Working on doing a straight ten. good form and wide overhand is the the path.

    I have a crappy camera too. Colorado the sun is always awkard too. I would take some picts out side. But its too bright today.

    I was so pissed..I got from legs at like 810 (24 HOUR closes at 8pm on sundays after my crappy 20min rushed ass workout) then I got forced into talking to millions of parents about college for like an hour til I took off for my ppwo haha..
