its ok i wasnt offended by the comment.

to answer that comment. my kids friends know me and gary well but i have to say that they are a bit intimidated the first time they come over. they have seen us in the local paper or have been told what we do as a sport and so with most teenagers are eager to meet a bodybuilder as there arent many of us around. certainly not in west of scotland.

after the first meeting they realise we wont eat them for dinner ha ha

but we might eat them for breakfast!

my mum used to say exactly the same thing, and its a moto ive carried with me ever since. there are times to speak and times to be quiet. and as often heard said is "theres things better left unsaid"

im training very hard. ive managed to increase my leg press to a scary amount now. i dont know if its a normal weight for women as ive no one to compair my weights with who is also competing amateur level same as me.

legpress. now up to 32 x 20kilos plates. i got 5 reps.

As far as the baby smell...why is it they can tell when you are wearing new things and always manage to dirty them for you?
