Back is amazingly thick, traps are huge, I'm 5'6", 185# ish also, 39 years old, and bench as much as you but I'm not as lean or as huge. I'd also suggest hitting shoulders harder along with the legs, cutting back on the back and traps. I'd guess you at 12%, definitely need the tan too.

Geez....I get compliments on my traps a lot, but yours are just incredible. I'm 5-6 too at 170ish and this is the upper body I want! I see two weak points - your chest development doesn't match the rest of your upper body and looks rather small. It may look much large when you cut if you don't carry a lot of fat there. Your legs need a good amount of work. They really don't match your upper body and their smaller size makes you look disproportionate. I'm saving these pics for inspiration. Good work man!

Overall your thickness is perfect and you are looking bigger than that house in the background!!!!!
My one critique is that your traps are dominating your upper body making your chest/shoulders look smaller. I suggest either increasing your chest/delts in size to match those ginormous traps, or toning down the traps some.
Just my 2 cents, overall you are a bad ass bro.

Ur traps are sick, and your chest is either lacking, or your traps are just dominating them, haha...Either way chest growth would make you a lot more proportional on top, but other than that ur ****in redic...Dude if I had your base I would be salivating to start a cutting cycle(I dont mean juice, that too, haha, but in this instance I mean cutting as in diet, training, and cardio) omg it could be sick!!!

Chest is not as bad as the pic looks, but def got a prob with the back being far superior to everything else. thanks alot for the words. i am about to cut. will get down to around 8%bf and post new pics. i am pretty bloated in those pics.

Congrats, man> U got the size 4 sure. @14% sounds right, with a lot of water thickness, but cut it down to the 11% area and you will see boulders and ridges. Don't 4get: legs are mongo huge muscles. 25# ain't but a mere 3-4"; I'm sure you could carry the 225#: you have a 'thick' constitution. I envy...
