i love small hardcore gyms like that they give you serious energy to do what your there for but where i live other than venice beach not too many anymore it all about golds and powerhouse!! but great lifts dude looks like hard training i love it keep it up dog!!!

Thanks men... My maxes are still going up... but my focus is different now
I'm prepping for a contest now (this marks my 7th year competing)... 14 weeks out.
So i'm still tossing around the heavy weight.. but maintenance is more my focus currently.
