OK, here are pics of me at about 183. Let me know what you think. Even though this thread will probably turn into a flame fest

Its my number one weak point but it has made a good change since the last time I posted up pics. Thats the one thing on me that's always going to be a pain in the ass to grow.

No man, I stopped at week 8. I put pics of myself up at week 4 in 'members cycle results' and got the shit flamed outta me because I was bloated like a mother ****er. Guys thought that I had just gotten fat and gained nothing. I think I've gained a considerable amount though....any guesses on bf%?

Well, for 1 people said I shouldnt have been on in the first place. That's partially the reason I quit. Second of all I just got tired of sticking myself and said, 'well...i've gained 20 lbs. Thats enough for me" lol

I'm hitting it in alot of new ways. My trainers given me an exercise--pretty much a modified dumbell pullover, that takes lats out of the entire movement and allows your chest to really contract. I'm loving them.

Hoss you are coming along great.. Your arms look nice and thick for your body size, your traps not bad either.. Chest can be a hard one to build and can depend on your genetics but just keep pushing away and you will be a MegaHoss in no time.

NO--everything else grows. Forearm grip/strength goes up. Hams get bigger/stronger, ass gets bigger lol, traps get bigger but my back is awful. I've had trainers show me numerous times how to do this.

    Hey bro,

Coming from someone who's been in the game for quite a long time that means alot. I appreciate the comment Anything you'd recommend?

Alot of bros felt I got fat from that cycle but I told them it was the water....I'm guessing i'm about 15% in those pics and in the 180s I dont feel like thats too bad.

True, but why the obsession with gains? Are you putting them to actual use with anything? Or is this some strange way of getting back at people to show them something......

Isn't everyone obsessed to keep gaining? Yes I'm putting them to actual use someday hopefully--competition. Getting back at people is retarded bs--why put your body under conditions to get back at someone else? I do it for me.

Arms look good and the back is cool too.

Work the legs intensely, pre-exhaust on chest work, and it'll grow.

Good to hear you laid off the sauce.

I'm hitting 315 on my squat now, and for me thats a personal best

What would you suggest to pre-exhaust? I've never tried that.

You did grow quite a bit. Remember though, your still able to make great gains naturally if everything is in order. Don't get a mindset like the only way you can gain size is while "on".

My future goals for cycles, is that whatever I LOSE on post cycle therapy --I want to gain that back NATURALLY and then some before I go on again. Why take 3 steps forward and 1 step back?

315 as a personal 1 rep best is great, yes.

Now take 3/4 of that and move the shit out of it weekly. That 3/4 should begin going up in numbers over the weeks if you are eating/resting right.

Pre-exhaust - any movement u want to bring the arms across the front of the body to use the pecs only (the actual purpose for the pectoral muscle), combined immediately with any chest pressing movement, incl/flat either is fine.

I use the rear lat machine and turn around in it and use it for a pec deck type machine, but it has way more range of motion and lets you do more than those old pieces of shit. I then use d-bells or the flat hammer press and really make sure I push my chest up/out at the top of the movement, and try to keep your shoulder blades pinched together while you press as well.

You will have to lower the weight a bit to press correctly, but that's the point, to train the laggin' part correctly.

    Peace,
    ~SC~

Alright bro, thats some awesome info. So pretty much I could do some cable cross overs, then immediately hit up flat or incline bench--kinda like a superset?
