Cutting Progress
About to Bulk in about a month, going to finish off this cutting diet just to be as lean as possible for summer and pre-bulk...The pics are further proof I need to start to bulk, I have nothing to cut, but in my mind I need to be lean for summa baby!!!

The funniest part is that since I have been cutting my weight has gone up, its gotta be water retentions, cause I am certainly more defined...My strength has still been increasing too!!! Sorry for the double thread..

50 Grams Protein, From Whey, 45 Grams of Carbs from Oats, half Regular Flavor, half Apples and Cinnamon, Quaker Oatmeal, Bananna, some veggies...

hahaha, thanks, Well I was thinking the same thing!!! I mean shape and muscularity has never been the problem, size has always been the issue...Until recently I didn't understand how important diet was in determining what kind of training you were doing, I was always trying to adjust my workout regimen, BIG MISTAKE!!! So I have never truly BULKED before because I have never dieted to bulk...THus, I have put on signifcant size in just over a year, going from 165 to 180, without even dieting to truly bulk...I can't wait to see how my body reacts to a bulking diet! I have the feeling I'm going to respond well!

i want you to eat the biggest breakfast possible... a protein shake and 5 pieces of peanut butter toast for example... protein fats and carbs

Tin I know man, it kills me that I need to bulk and its summertime, thats what so hard, and if I bulk now, I'm gonna stick with it for 8 months, which is a long time...

Maybe I will do that, my only problem is that I have never dieted to bulk, thats why I am so A. hype about going all out and eating some serious cals and B. hesitant to start it because I look good right now and summer is right here, so bad timing on my part

300 above maintinece and you will make all the gains you need bro...and the right quality gains at that....and still look good for summer. you can do it, just save the all out bulks for winter..imo

you think so?? 300 and is 300 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight?? well wolffey as far as my cutting goes right now...My protein is distrubuted throughout the course of the day over 5 or 6 meals, I get atleast 300 grams of protein a day...I take in about 40 grams of carbs and breakfast, complex, about 20 prelift, and about 50 postlift...all complex carbs by the way, all wheat bread and oatmeal...So 300 grams of protein a day and 110 grams of carbs, mostly complex, about 20-30 grams of sugar, per day, not sure about fat...No dairy whatsoever, no cheese, milk, etc...No sauces either on any of my food, except franks hot sauce....So as far as my clean bulk goes...I would keep the same protein distrubution, but I would take in equal amount of carbs as protein everytime I take in protein...I think Ill keep dairy out, keep the carbs complex still and have a little leeway with fat...thoughts???

Wolf, my protein always stays at 300 at a minimum, cutting or bulking...Does everything sound pretty legit?? Will I still be able to maintain a pretty good physique while tryin to bulk a lil?

Hey boys, just bumpin some pics...One month into my bulking, things have been going pretty good, Im a steady 180-185 weight at the moment, and best part is my BF has been so low...I had it tested the other day and it was at 8 percent...I know people are gonna debate that, but the person who tested me and did all my measurements and wrote my program is very highly respected in both the BB world and Personal Fitness, hes been around for a while too, so that is as good a reading as ull get...But back to the matter at hand, everything has been going pretty well and I was just to lazy to post the old pics too, so bump for some updates!

I'm not cutting I'm bulking...I just didnt feel like starting a new thread just to put up the old and new pics in to compare when I already had this one...Also, I am 8 percent, Now I know u guys are gonna debate this and give me all these reasons why I'm not, but the person who writes my programs, and does all my measurements, and my tests, etc...He is a highly highly reputable bodybuilder and personal trainer, he is about as decorated and well respected a trainer there is in the business, so I'm not about to question his calculations...

if this dude is telling you your 8% then i'd drop him with the quickness for lying to you. cause if thats 8% then im like 4%..dude i really dont wanna debate this, but at <10% you should be pretty ripped..your not..id get it checked by someone else and guarantee you it'll be above 11%
