Week 8 pics
Here I am at the beginning of week 8 of 200 mg deca and 250 mg of test per week. I was 248 and now am 263. Need to lose bf, I know.

You're a big boy! Nice and thick through the traps and shoulders...overall looking big! As far as BF being too high that puts you in with about half od us here . Nice paint!

Fina Prop Cycle
Just started new cycle of Fina 100mg ED and 100 mg of Prop EOD. So far so good. Feeling hard as hell. I am currently wei***ng in at 246 lbs, Strength is starting to climb already, energy level is little down.

Shoulders on Saturday did 225 clean and press for 12 reps, Seated military 205 for 10 on last set then worked on my grip. 230 lbs in each hand walked 60 feet then turned around and came back 60 feet in abot 15 seconds, Been working my grip real hard. Did hangs for 3 sets of 2 minutes. Trained legs and back on Sunday. Leg Press 6 stes of 8, last set 8 plates on each side and on top. Was kind of scared. but pushed through all reps fairly easy. Did DB pulls with 160 lb dumbells from the floor all the way up to my chest 4 sets of 10, really easy. Monday did chest. On bench, did sets of 4, 295, 315, 335, 355 all real easy. Today I did deadlifts warmed up with 135 x 10, 225 x 10, 315 x 10 then did 405 x 6 and 455 x 2. Had to stop...lower back balled up into a knot and was killin me. I am feeling real good about my strength as I know it is only going to continue to go up.

My girlfriend did my measurements today. All cold except maybe my legs since I just did deads about two hours ago.
Neck 18
Biceps 17
Forearms 14
Chest 49
Waist 38
Quads 27
Calves 16
Weighed 252 today.

Lower back has been cramping up like crazy every time I work legs. I had decent leg day today, pushed myself through the pain. Prop shots are sore as ever. Running out of injection sites.
