Narkissos 2006 contest prep: 3 weeks out..til contest day
I thought i'd post up to let you guys see where i'm at...
Nothing to speak of tho.
3 weeks out.. still fat.
Cutting natty as i'm a drug-tested athlete.
Started cutting at: 206 lbs
Today i'm at: 178 lbs...
Here i go guys:
All pics were taken cold... Today was a low-carb day. .Only consumed 120 grams for the day.
Getting warm here... Just going tru the motions.

Only criticisms would be that most muscluar shot doesnt suit you, makes you look smaller, and i wouldnt drop you're elbows so much in the rear double bi.

Looks like you have added some size to your arms in these pics. Back seems to have widened..Lower back looks better than previous years (only pics i've seen) ..seems like you have just added more overall mass. Conditioning looks good for 3 weeks out. I haven't talked to you much about your cardio sessions in awhile..are you doing AM cardio on top of PWO cardio?

Nark amazing abs and arms bro.. Really amazing.. If your looking for input.. I think the legs need to come out a bit more. (qauds and hams) but nark. I mean you look amazing bro upper body is dialed in for 3 weeks bro.. Didnt want to seem like an ass. I'm giving u all the props i can man u look crazy good...

Nark, honestly, you look about dead on to me conditioning wise for 3wks out. If you are worried about not peaking on time though, just throw that AM cardio session in now. I would recommend the stairmaster to tighten up the backside of your legs. YOu have a little fat on your glutes, but lets be honest, they arent gonna be striated at 3wks out...you got time. I agree with you in upping your cardio before you drop your carbs, that extra session will do you nice I am sure..it did for me I like to only change one thing at a time, therefore if things starts moving too fast or I start to lose too much strength I know what is causing it.
Middle/lower back thickness looks superb, and your waste is UNREAL tiny. I cant get over how small it is...you have a great shape. Very eye pleasing, and posing looks good as well. I would have to agree with prime though on the rear dbl biceps...bring those elbows up some...i think it will spread your back out wider. BY keeping them up, your shoulders are too high which throws off your symmetry and "x-famre". Quarter turns look great...you got the side relaxed pose down great which is one many people look goofy doing IMO. You definately have added some mass, but I have to agree with you, your offseason eating was looking a little "light" but I know you stated it was due to finacnial reasons. If you fixed that, I think you could improve by leaps and bounds. GOod luck bro and keep us posted.

lol nark your v taper dissapears into nothing! your waist is minute! good job, 3 weeks im sure you will get rid of the little bit of smoothness that you have there. as for the suggestion of raising your elbows on the rear double bi, id have to agree. good luck in the show buddy

you are as dry as i was when i was on stage, so i think in 3 weeks you'll be dry, peeled and ripped to shredds bro...
Now for my .02 cents...and i wont even mention you have a fat ass....man there is nothing i would change with you physique other than more mass but that is a time thing not something you can change in 3 weeks...i would suggest doing the MM with your hands on your hips, not in front your shoulders it makes them appear to have no cap to them, if you do it with them in front, raise your hands a bit in front of your abs, but let em see your abs, they are GROSS....also for side chest really try and pull your pec across with your bicep, that will show your striations more, and make it appear fuller...chest is the only part i think that might need to be brought up to the rest of your great standard, but it is not lacking by much, imo...I think your legs are right on schedule and keep the lunges and extentsions going hard for a coulpe more weekis...
Man you are in great shape for 3 weeks out, and i think everythuing is right on schedule....Keep it up bro, your going to own that stage..

Arms have improved tremendously. Delts look to have some added size as well. Your legs have grown good mass, but it's hard to tell exactly how much at this point. They'll come in Nark, no worries. I know your chest didn't improve as much as you wanted, but it's definately progressing.
You're looking fantastic Nark. I can't wait to see the finished product. You come in with striated glutes, and no one will touch you.

There is nothing wrong with a fat ass. You can make it twiitch Like Dareem Charles does in his routine.
You look very good, very balanced. The biggest improvement I see is back and delts. Legs look good as always. One more thing, dont' forget TO SMILE when you pose! Get in the habit now.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete
