Thanks man.. Somewhat smaller than i wanted to be.. but *shrugs* live and learn. On the following day i find i was 100% improved.. Hope to have the contest pics and maybe after the night show ...after a couple pizzas, some brandy and brownies lol.

Gonna start back training arms... You follow my training journal so you know i don't do much of anything for 'em. I want 'em big now tho... The champ's arms were huge. I was told i need thicker delts; pecs;.. and i also want wider lats and thicker tris... I don't think i need to get my legs any bigger for now.. but that's not to say that i plan on holding 'em back either lol

Game plan for the next 3 months.. improve arms chest and delts... Then start my prep for my next contest.

honestly Faiza... I dunno what the gameplan is. I'm hearing different things from different people. For now.. imma just stay lean in the offseason (not far from contest shape).. adding quality muscle tru-out the year. If a contest comes along and i'm near the condition i wish to be.. i believe i'll hop onstage.. At least that's what i've been thinking so far. I set the contest in March more as a guideline than a rule...

Gotta talk to my former coach firstly.. His opinion will decide ultimately what i do from this point. Right now i'm just making a plan... His voice will lend direction to the plan.

lol... as a junior competitor the imbalance was WORSE They actually were bigger than they are now. I think i've more or less gotten their development under control over the last couple years... but over this next offseason i think i'll stop holding 'em back.
