    one thing that stands out to me is something most people lack which is a thick lower and middle back, your erectors are lookin huge man.... no wonder your deadlifting 500+ good luck at the meet

    Off to the gym now.. Hurt my adductor/hamstring this morning kneeling down ( ...yea great time for a freak injury huh?)

    So no deads today.

    Be careful squatting with that injury. That's how I tore my adductor. Might want to try leg press and hack squat instead with feet together so it doesn't strain the adductor. Front squats are OK to.

    I agree with carlos here, I can see improvement. Your quads are definately more seperated and your hams are coming out and seperating more. You look a little more flat/depleted though, but I am sure most of that is due to taking the pics in the AM on an empty stomach, your load will take care of that as well.

    Looking good Nark. your going to knock them out the box. on your rear poses try to lean back some more so the judges can see your bicep peak. be sure to check out this video, i twill help you improve your posing even more. FULL VIDEO Posing Guide.

    Thanks for the suggestions Carlos.. I've injured this area previously and it flares up from time to time... so i'll definately be watching it. I added the close stance hacksquat on Tuesday and may re-add front squats on Saturday. The only reason i was still doing 'regular' squats was because my glutes were behind.. I think i'll re-add front squats.. and maybe SLDLs (i did these: Stiff-leg-deadlifts instead of Regular deads today)

    Nark, it's for the best it was edited. Some dick head said a negative comment which I thought was idiotic considering you're a week out from show and you just stated you're depressed. His post was not constructive. I PMed someone and asked if they would clean it up.
