Do you train your legs? I see you leave them out of the pictures you post. Looking at these shots, from what I can see they do not look like they're in proportion to the rest of your body.

Ive read the rules of your board, and my putting a picture on with a web address on it is in NO way violating your rules. I am not a discussion board, and not selling drugs. I am sponsored by Mitsubishi and Browning- does that present a conflict of interests..? I dont think so.

Can you cut and paste the section from your rules that you feel entitles you to keep anally editing my posts please..?

The rules do have a few loopholes in them and are under review. It is clear to myself and the other Mods that your trying to promote you web sight. That is why the pics with the sight address was removed. I have no problem with you promoting you business with promotion from the Admin. Until then you must obey the rules and the guide like the mods set out.

Over here, a plate is 20kg- so thats 220kg.
Since I started doing good mornings, I can do four plates without a belt- hows that for core stable..?

What exactly is the point of this thread? Do you want us to tell you what you need to work on and your weak points? I'm not sure I follow.

Great work overall if the thin athetic look is what you're shooting for. Deff good muscle definition and proportion.

Btw, here's a recent pic of my legs and I squat 405 x 6-8 going past parrallel.
So I can see why ppl don't buy you doing 495 for consistant clean repetitions.

Back to the original point about size strength.

I dont recall saying anything about rep numbers- and I mentioned the other stuff because carlos asked me if I trained my legs at all when Id already posted that I squat 220kg.

Had carlos just not read the whole thread- or was he taking the piss a little..?
    Bit silly..?Hmmm..

As for your disbeleif- This makes me giggle- what your basically saying is

"I havent come across this before" I train with an 11 stone 17 yr old kid who squats 220kg for around 3 good reps. Your just not accustomed to seeing it done. And the funny thing is, another 8 people at my gym can do it, and only one of them weighs in at 23 stone of bodybuilding sarcoplasmic bloat.

I would refer you to my earlier posts, but they evidently bypassed you. Ill just have to take your sceptiscism and live with it.

    Nice legs though mate!

No one is really disbelieving you bro but rather raising question to your statement which if I recall you said you'd supply video of it which hasn't been shown either.. Seems some people don't like to be challenged, as you must understand this is merely an Internet chat forum so we see people stretch the truth more than you could imagine. If it is true then I congratulate you for your achievements but if not then other should know as to not follow the advice of someone who can't back claims.

    Have a good day.
